It was great - they were quick and thorough. They even found a bit of flashing that was loose and repaired it.  <br /> Followed up with an estimate to replace our roof.  <br /> We would definitely use them in the future - I had my eyes out for the same deal from them this year!! <br />

This section will not let me expound on some of the problems that we encountered with this contractor.  This turned out to be a frustrating experience that did not need to be. <br />

<p>I had a good experience.</p>

Scheduling was good but then there was a mixup and had to be rescheduled. Didn't come during the expected window, but it really did not matter for this purpose or my arrangements. The work went smoothly and was very good quality. The added downspout had to be scheduled another day but was also done quickly and with high quality. I would hire them again. <br />

Terrible service. Accepted deposit but didn't complete job. Refusing to give back the deposit. Please DO NOT use this provider. <br />

I would say my overall experience was not as good as I expected.

The biggest problem has been a lack of communication and follow-up. They don't return calls and respond to e-mails, and the repairs didn't hold up. They were slow to complete the job, didn't show up on the original day we scheduled, and didn't call. I experienced a leak in the area they "repaired." I've repeatedly called and asked them to come out to take a look at it. In the last 4 months I have called no less than 5 or 6 times. At one point we had a confirmed meeting time, but it rained that day, and they didn't show up. I received no phone call, not even a courtesy call to say we won't be coming, and no follow up call.  Two weeks later I called again, and again received no response. I do not recommend this company due to their lack of communication, courtesy, and professionalism.

It was a little hard to schedule since it had to do with my insurance company. My schedule was also a problem.They pointed out a lot of things when they were up the roof. Getting the work done was a little longer and difficult. My presence was also important because by the look of things he would have done the roof wrong.

It was pretty good. I would say they were okay.

The experience was very bad and super frustrating. The reps (Tim and Steve) at this company were super eager to stop by and give us a quote and get a contract and a accept a deposit. They delivered small amount of material to the site and asked for another check. All together we have paid them ~$5000 and the work is not even close to be complete. <br /> <br /> The contract was given in August and they didn't start till November. They always came up with multiple excuses and in the end never showed up to complete the job. The owner Jason Stendhal won't pick up his phone and won't respond to our voice mail or texts. We even sent the company a written notice after three frustrating months and got no response from Jason. <br /> <br /> The sales person, Tim, who sold us the job has now quit the company and said that our situation is not unique. Company demands and accepts deposits but doesn't complete the job. <br /> <br /> PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I took a half day off work to be available and the Roofer did not show up or call to say he wouldn't be able to make appt. I called him and he apologized and said he would come the next day and that it wasn't necessary for me to be there. He did show up the following day, and seems to have performed the work. He left a form advising of the work performed and an evaluation of the roof's condition. <br />

He came out and checked the roof. Though it is a 35 year old roof, with respect to what its lifespan should be, he noted that it is looking a bit older even though it is only about 25 years old. He said that in a few more years it will be time to replace it. Other than that, there were no major problems to report. So even though it is not good news that I will have to replace it in a few years, I did not get the impression that he was trying to see me one. If I needed a roof I would certainly take an estimate from him.

Wow,  What poor service!  After purchase, they didnt contact me even though I gave them detailed instructions.  I had to call and schedule.  They did not show for first appointment but did not call or attempt any contact.  They didnt make the second attempt.  Third try they showed.  I was promised digital pics and a report.  I did not get anything!.  After calling to find out what they did, the man who came out called me to tell me what he did.  <br /> Avoid this company!   <br /> <br /> <br />

Technician was very nice.  He cleaned the gutters and then provided a thorough evaluation of the roof and provided suggestions.   He took pictures while on the roof to help with the discussion. That was very much appreciated.    <br /> I would have had them do some repair work on the roof, but they were booked for the season.  <br />

They did a great job.  I was pleased with the service and would use them again.
