I needed a sump pump installed in my basement and I had no idea how to go about it. Stephen answered all of my questions (and they were numerous) and kept me informed every step of the way. I had other questions too about little things - a faucet in the kitchen, hot water heater functionality etc. and Stephen patiently and expertly answered every question I had. He beat out three other companies for sump pump install price and was neat, punctual, pleasant, and very fair. He gave me a full breakdown of the price and was completely transparent. Definitely hire again!

Upon contacting Ocean Point Plumbing I was greeted w a very friendly voice. I explained my problem, and need for some help and was offered immediate assistance. When Steven arrived he was very professional. He looked at my new shower and quickly went to work. I was very impressed and will definitely use his services again in the future!

They came after hours on Christmas Eve and replaced our water heater because we were expecting lots of guests. They were quick, courteous, and very professional. We we're so grateful that they showed up right on time and knew exactly what we needed fixed. We would highly recommend this service to anyone!

EXCELLENT. Steve called shortly after I left a message. He was prompt the day of the appt. It didn't take days to have him schedule a time. His work was top notch. He knew what he was doing, was very thorough. It took longer than he expected but he stuck to it til the job was done.

Highly recommend Stephen. I had a clogged kitchen sink that wouldn't drain despite using a plunger, Drain-O, a 25' snake, and everything I could think of using. I called numerous plumbers and Stephen was one of the few who was able to give me a quote (other quotes I received were at least twice as much) and showed up first thing the next morning. He was incredibly thorough with his work, running multiple tests, and not leaving my home until he was 100% sure the clog had been fully cleared. On top of all of this he ended up charging me less than quoted and even cleaned up around the sink. If you need a plumber, definitely give Stephen a call. Very polite, professional and incredibly thorough.

He was professional, clean, and efficient. The only concern I had with my interaction with him is I think he had recently lost his office manager and that's why the responsiveness was down, but I'm sure he's probably replaced that by now.

I was so impressed with the work that was done I took pictures and showed everyone at work. What a huge improvement the new faucet has made in the kitche! The picure now hangs over my desk at work as reminder that quality workmanship still exists Very happy with the service that I received and would gladly hire Stephen again to complete future projects in my home. Excellent work ethic and values getting the job done right the first time.

I paid for Angie's list because of some of the other sub-standard plumbers who are also on here. Beware!! Steve was number 1 on here so I figured I had nothing to loose. He called me back. Said he would squeeze me in a different day. What??? He did called me before he came out even thought he came out at the time he said he would. What?? He was professional, explained what was happening and was extremely reasonable. I truly could believe it. Thank you Steve!! If you want to be treated the way you think you should there's a reason this guy is rated number 1. He earned it!!

Steve was great to work with. Easy to talk to, understood what I wanted, knew what to do. Quality of the work is excellent. Price is very fair. I've recommended him to some friends who are also having issues with low water pressure in the City of Newport, RI. (we all live near the high point in Newport, so we get the lowest pressure). <br /> I would recommend Steve and use him again. <br />

He was able to successfully unclog my line and replaced the cast-iron plug with one that won't corrode and he left the basement cleaner than when he found it.  The main point to me was that he went out of his way to meet my needs and I watched him work...he is very meticulous and detail-oriented.  I would totally trust him to do any plumming job anywhere.  He is a keeper and has a customer for life! <br />

I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was and how quickly he completed the work. Very professional. I was also appreciative that he actually followed through with the appt. He's a busy guy, but if the work isn't urgent, he's well worth the wait. <br />
