I called Steve and he came that day and gave me a a very reasonable estimate .  He was professional and courteous and explained that he could  do the job the next day ,which he did.   He removed all the bags,cardboard boxes  and furniture and even took apart an old clothes rack which  was too big to fit through the cellar door.   Steve did an great job and and was very pleasant to work with. He takes pride in his work and was  happy to see I appreciated his efforts.   <br />    We would strongly recomend Steve for spring clean outs and junk removal both for his pricing and his great attitude  toward customer satisfaction . 

Steve replied to my phone call immediately, and came to give me an estimate the same afternoon. He could not do the work right away because he had injured his hand. When his doctor gave him an OK, but with his right hand still in a brace, he managed to lift a lot of heavy and bulky items, including an old lawn roller, up the bulkhead steps in short order. I paid him more than he asked because he is so professional and pleasant.

I called him on Monday and he came and estimated the job and did the work the following morning. He was friendly and professional and I should note that he did the work himself with his arm in a cast! I'll definitely use him again.

He did a great job. Got back to me immediately when I contacted him, scheduled a convenient time and followed through perfectly.

He was very good, and really went above and beyond.  I found that he was very professional and consciencous.  He was not afraid to communicate with me to make sure that he was doing exactly what I wanted.

He responded by email on the day I contacted him and came to give an estimate the next day.  He provided the device the day after that.  He arrive on time, kept the house clean on a messy day.

Steve showed up on time and gave us an estimate. When we were finally able to coordinate the work (over 1 month later!), he responded promptly and was faithful to the estimate. The work was done on-time, was respectful to the house, and everything was thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. He is pleasant to work with, and the price was fair. He'll be the first person I call for any further demo work.

The entire process could not have gone more smoothly.  I called Stephen and he returned my phone call within the hour.  I described the area that I wanted to have cleaned and he came out the next day to give me a free estimate.  His estimate was reasonable and he was able to accommodate my schedule by coming out to do the clean up the next week.  He arrived promptly at 8:00 am - the agreed upon time - to let me know that he was there and if there were any last minute changes to the job. <br /> <br /> He did a fantastic job and cleared away all of the brush, debris, etc.  Even better, I was only to send the payment provided I was satisfied with his results!  Who does that these days?? <br /> <br /> I would recommend Stephen to anyone and will certainly use his services in the future.

Steve is very efficient and careful of the owner's property (and in my case, an escape-artist cat).  He hauled away the landscape debris first, then returned for the junk in a second load.  Altogether it was a 4 1/2 hour job for him.  His final fee was a good deal less than what he had originally quoted me.  A nice and appreciated surprise.

Called Steve on Monday morning at about 9am. Tried to explain job over phone, Steve provided ballpark numbers and offered to provide a better estimate by going to the sites. He's in Burlington, we're in Newton and Waltham. He could have no expectation of getting the job but he was fully prepared to invest time and effort into a quote. By 10:30 he was back with a quote that was significantly less than his ballpark. Felt like a no-brainer, so asked him to please go ahead. <br /> <br /> The following morning (less than 24hrs from first contact) he went to site #1 and removed the material there - he removed all material, swept the area clean and picked up some yard waste that we hadn't even discussed - A+. <br /> <br /> I met him at site #2. There was a lot more material here. He set about sorting and loading it and I left him to his work. When I returned later that day - everything had been removed right down to the last splinter!!! - A+. <br /> <br /> From the time I first called him to the time all of the debris had been removed was less than 24 hours. Jack Bauer has nothing on this guy...  <br /> <br /> I would not hesitate to avail of Steve's services again and would highly recommend him. 

It went very smoothly. I appreciate that Stephen is very prompt, professional, and reliable. I think Stephen may be priced slightly higher than others doing this work, but on the other hand, he was prompt to get in touch, he was eager to get the job done, and, unlike many of his peers, he treated my property as if it was his, meaning a) he cleaned up and b) it was very thorough.  I feel like I paid a little more for peace of mind. <br /> <br /> I can't imagine Stephen getting any complaints. I highly recommend him. 

I left an inquiry for Steve on Angie's List and he contacted me within 24 hours.  In fact, I was having phone problems and he patiently contacted me  via phone and email until he was able to reach me.   I explained to him what I needed done and that it had to be done by Saturday am (within 5 days).  In order to save time, I sent him photos of the work (via email) and he gave me an estimate that day and scheduled the work for the next day.  <br /> <br /> He arrived at 7am and did the work at 2 different locations on the same day.  He even sent me video via phone of the completed work since I could not be there. Steven also called me and emailed me to make sure I was happy before paying him.  He is prompt, professional, honest and reliable.  I would highly recommend using Steven Michael Demolition and Disposal and plan to do so again for future projects.  If you hire him you will not be disappointed, you will get quality work fast and efficient.

Stephen called me right away on the day I submitted an email through Angie's List and came over that day for an estimate.  He did the job two days later. I was a little worried that he would have trouble getting the treadmill down from the second floor, but he did so with ease, and he protected my floors in the process.   He was on time, very personable, swept up and raked up after the removal.  I would definitely use him again.  

We contacted Stephen (who replied almost immediately to my voice mail) about removing several appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, computer monitor) as well as a couple of old doors and some concrete blocks.We had a tight time frame, because we were getting some new appliances the following week, but we wanted to be without the fridge for as little time as possible.  Stephen came out the same evening to give us a quote.  He was very nice to work with.  We were originally going to have the fridge brought downstairs to our laundry room to be a second fridge, and Stephen was willing to move it for us.  But he noticed that the doorway to the laundry room seemed small, and when we checked we found he was right - the fridge would not have fit!  So we asked him to just take it away.  We made an appointment for the following Tuesday afternoon at 1:00.  I had to change the time at the last minute due to another contractor (who was supposed to cap off the gas connection to the dryer) not showing up, but Stephen was completely flexible - he said he would come out the next morning.  He showed up exactly when he said he would, and it took him very little time to get everything on his truck.  He was quick, and left no mess.  We were very happy, and would gladly use him again.

I would recommend anyone who needs to clean out a house to call this gentleman.  He was awesome.

Called Stephen 6/13/11 to ask for him to give me an estimate of project. He called back later that day. Asked when I would like him to come out. He said he was flexible and I scheduled a time for the next day --at my convenience! The next day he shows up right on time and is professional and amiable. He was knowledgeable and asked great questions. He raised some good concerns about how our land may be protected under the wetlands protection act. Because there may be an issue of wetlands, I need to contact the town before proceeding with the project. He did say he could definitely do the project if it we were allowed to.On his way out, he took away some old wood boards and pipes lying around the back yard at no cost. He is amazing! What a great guy. I wish we had substantial things to remove, so we could work more with such a great, honest, professional guy. I wish all the people we work with on our house were like him! If you have any demolition, construction, lawn/garden and other waste that needs disposing of, do not hesitate to contact Stephen!

Steve responded promptly to my phone calls and emails. He came to the house and gave us an estimate. Frankly, it <br /> was more than we had planned but decided to hire him and get the work done. We're delighted that we did. Since <br /> we did some preliminary sorting, he charged us less than the estimate. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Called Stephen MIchael for an estimate.  He came out the next nite, gave me the estimate and I hired him.  He <br /> came the next nite in the rain exactly at the time advised.  Loaded a hugh truckload of old wood, fencing, etc on the <br /> truck..got it all.   Then he even swept up the driveway in the rain.  Very professional and I was extremely happy.   <br /> Would not hesitate to hire again.   

We just bought a small second home in Billerica and furnished it from scratch.  This resulted in way more cardboard and other trash than we were warm and fuzzy about breaking down, cutting to the required size and tied bundle height specified for curbside pickup; we also had miscellaneous paint and other items added to the pile.  I found Steve on Angie's List and called him.  He was prompt and courteous in all communications, arrived on the day promised to give us an estimate and stuck to his word when he performed the work on the promised date.  This is important because we did advise that we still had several more boxes and items to add to what he was viewing for the estimate -- we were able to give him an approximate report of what else would be added and we didn't exceed what we told him, likewise he didn't add to his original estimate.  He is very careful in his work, is neat and quick and friendly.  We are VERY pleased and will use him again.  We will also recommend him to anyone who can use his multi-faceted services.
