We met the Sterling Contractor Services team through a full house transformation project that included adding a 12 X 22 Florida Room. These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin. Unfortunately the system won't allow a video so I've attached pictures of the trash can storage house. This contractor was able to pour the concrete slabs for me as well as build a 30 x 26’ garage. Everything was to our standards and took time, but it came out great matching her house. The entire crew and management was very respectful and kind. I plan on using them again in the future for my future projects, pouring concrete and gazebo patio build.

Ryan and his guys really knocked it out of the park. Kind, professional and seriously first class. I can't believe how great the whole process went. I found Sterling Contractor Services on social media and Ryan came out took the time to walk me through the process and gave me a great quote. The day of the job he and the guys showed up removed the 150ft of old falling fence a got it replaced with a beautiful privacy fence. Everyone was so amazing and they really went above and beyond.
