Quality of work was high. There was some misunderstanding around the exact details and scope of work. The quote was not specific enough and there were upcharges that covered less than I thought they would. This was not gracefully handled by the manager on site, and I was a little thrown by how loud he got. Ultimately, though, the work was good and the price was not too horrible, even with the upcharge. It's not easy to find high quality work, and they were timely.

The company did not follow thru with all their promises. They left a crack on the concrete and did not put the plastic on the foundation and they did not come with the men they promised they were going to bring for the job. They did not do the job they promised they would do and the problem still exists.

After all the thunderstorms weâ ve been having these past few weeks I called the team at Sterling and they came around and repaired and sealed my leaking basement. Theyâ ve done an excellent job and have guaranteed the work with a 30 year warranty. Fantastic job done and great communication with project manager Ed. Would definitely recommend.
