Great. They painted the exterior a year ago. I just hired them again to do most of the interior. I'm going to hire them again to do the rest of the interior after some remodeling is done.

Steve was very prompt with his response to my initial inquiry and setting up a visit for the estimate. The work was able to be completed much more quickly than I had anticipated, and done well. We had 2 levels of gutters cleaned out- some had plant shoots growing out of them (ugh). We have a lengthy stone retaining wall which was quite mossy. Now we can see the actual stone . It looks brand new! We will definitely use them again.

I would love to give Steve and his company an A rating because he was very nice, however, I have to be honest and thourough in my review. They did a lot of things right like returning calls and politeness, but they re-scheduled twice (in all fairness, another customer in the area cancelled so they re-scheduled ours too). One time an entire day went by before he called to re-schedule. Then, once hired for the job, the employee did not show so Steve came himself to pressure wash which we appreciated. The painter worked hard, but did get a lot of paint on our pool grout and several large drips in the pool that required special chemicals to remove it. Overall, the job was well done, but I feel it was their job to do the clean up of the drips and paint in the pool. Also, be aware they require 50% up front which we were not made aware of in advance. Steve did allow us to pay less up front and give them the remainder at the end of the second day. The only problem with that was we could not walk on the lanai to inspect the job and once we saw all the clean up we were left with, we had already paid the remaining balance and did not hear back from Steve after that. Next time, I would hold some of the money back until I was 100% satisfied.

The entire job was beautifully done! This company has done several jobs for us in the past and they have never disappointed us. All aspects of their work are top rate, from timeliness to execution to cleanup. I thought the unexpected rain might abort timely completion of the job, but that was not the case. The rain came and went, but the job was done properly and thoroughly.

I would give an A+ rating if I could. The driveway sparkles and all the mold is gone from the sidewalks under the trees. The walkway pavers look like new. The technician (Rico) was pleasant and professional and he did an excellent job. Steve Morgan was very responsive and the price was very fair. I will definitely hire him again.

My concrete tile roof was looking cruddy and not so red anymore when I asked SMPW to clean it. This company had done so once before, with excellent results, so I had confidence that they would repeat the performance. I was not disappointed. Rico was the technician assigned to the job, and he took all necessary steps to get it done right. Not only was the roof beautifully red again, but he washed all windows and even cleaned the outside of the house, A/C units and a small deck to our sunroom. The entire house looked new again.

Nate did a fantastic job. My 20 year old sidewalks and driveway look new. I have a corner lot and a triple car garage so it was a large amount of concrete to clean. He also did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again!

Rico did an extraordinary job. He was meticulous and careful with plants around the pool. It hasn't looked this good for a while. I was very pleased. I will definitely use this company again and have already decided to book them to paint my house in the near future. They treat the job as if it was their own home. I would highly recommend them.

Steve is great!!! He helped me resolve a big problem created by another painter who had made a big mess of the exterior of the house I was trying to sell. Steve was very professional and did a beautiful job in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I can strongly recommend him. 1479 sq. ft. Exterior including trim, shutters, front door, lanai, porch ceiling and lanai ceiling. Steve was a pleasure to work with. His team was friendly. The work was done on time. The house looks great. Steve kept me informed every step of the way and gave me an accurate estimate of what the job would cost. He even worked with my HOA to get my colors approved so the work could get started right away. I would definitely recommend him if you need your house painted.
