He moved the old water heater and installed a new hybrid one. He did a clean job in a very short time. We appriciate his work.

He and his team fogged the house, treated the crawl space and changed the sump pump. He also took care of some missing gutters, fixed an unexpected plumbing issue, helped replacing the washer and dryer. He kept us updated all the time. He is very responsive, punctual and helpful. We are happy with his service.

He took care of everything. It worked out well. He found some mold in the basement. He knew his job. I sometimes had issues with communication and his punctuality and the overall cost.

they did good on everything except;  Many many many phone calls and text messages never returned; telling us they would show up on five different occasions and nobody every came, called or texted.  Then a few days later, they would show up without announcement.  Never gave me a written quote as requested several times, and in that, they say that they didn't include the air quality test, it was going to be done for free, but I asked for this to be done in the very beginning because of the many hospital trips I have had.  They knew and I made it painfully clear to the owner and his side kick that I NEEDED it done.  the owner came to me and we went over everything that was included in the bill, and the air quality test was definitely one of them.  I finally received the paid invoice the day we gave them the rest of the money and on the bottom states that the air quality test would be done, and it still has never been done.   It has been a month and the owner will not return any phone calls or text messages.  I will not hire them again.  We had to sit here for days and reschedule doctor appointments so we could be here for them to not show up.  It took them three weeks to completely get the project done.  It was a bathroom that is 6x8.  they either have to much work, or not enough employees. <br />

Steven fogged the attic twice with Benefactal and hand cleaned any infected areas with Cerum 1000.  Applied two coats of encapsulation to entire attic.  He did the job exactly when he said he would.  He said it would be a three day project and that was the time it took.  Explained the process and gave us excellent pictures of work done for any future home owner. <br />

My realtor referred us to Steve and he literally came out 2 hours after asking for a quote on a Sunday.  There was a lot to the job, but he worked on some creative solutions to make sure it fit in my budget.  They got to work almost immediately and were very efficient.  Steve explained each step of the process and made sure to check with me on little details like the quality of the mulch that they replaced.  He was always very responsive to me and educated me as we went.  He had 2 guys who did a lot of the work and they were helpful and respectful as well.  I would use Steve again in the future.
