Stevenson On Point Landscaping LLC

I am filing a formal complaint regarding Stevenson On Point Landscaping LLC, which I hired through your platform. On August 1, 2025, the company provided me with a written estimate of $2,025 for grading with fill dirt, rib rap installation, weed paper, grass seed, and straw. The estimate contained no disclaimer for additional charges, and in follow-up messages, the contractor confirmed it was all-inclusive. I paid a deposit of $1,015 on August 7, with the $1,010 balance due upon completion. The contractor initially promised to begin on August 12, then delayed to August 13, citing another job. After starting, he later claimed his truck's alternator failed on Friday and did not return. He then demanded $400 more for dirt, which I did not approve of, and insisted on full payment before completion. When I refused, he left the job unfinished. The seed and straw were never applied, the grading was not completed properly, and when I pressed for completion. He said I'll see you in court.

They were on time every step of the way, very helpful with the selection and design process. The plants were excellent quality and our yard looks fantastic at a great price!!! We couldn’t be any happier with the work they did!

Bobby worked fast and detailed. He charged a very fair price and put a very effective drainage system in my backyard. He was clean and left no mess for me to pick up. His solution has completely stopped the standing water problem. Highly recommended! I will be using them again.

The job was not fully completed. Upon being asked to come back to fix what wasn’t working, he was extremely confrontational and unprofessional, especially towards women in the family. Felt entitled to get the job for which he gave estimate and was upset for not getting second phase of project. Would never hire him or recommend him.

The result looks very promising. I hope that the muddiness will be controlled now. Bobby also pointed out that there was one sprinkler head too many that must have contributed to the soaked grass.

The landscaping job was incredible. He planted 18 shrubs, two trees and 10 perennials for me. He cleaned beds and cut them out to add the mulch. He even put preemergent after he removed the sod to help control the weeds. You knew the price before he did the work or if you added additional tasks. He was there when he said he would be. I honestly have nothing to put in the negative column. If you want a honest, hardworking and conscientious landscaper Stevenson On Point Landscaping is the landscaper you need to contact.
