Salesman came out, was late. We went over my needs and concerns. Asked for special care with roofing nails, due to children, grandchildren, dogs, cats, etc. Removal of Roof Vents (revolving type) and Installation of Ridge Vent (passive vents). Work was done but they used roofing nails that were 2" or better. This made a mess in my attic and made my attic dangerous to walk through with all these roofing nails poking through. The Roof Vents were taken out but the wood used to cover the holes fell out 1st week. Stevens came out three times before I just fixed it myself. I sent pictures and wrote a letter. Roofing nails left everywhere. I would n ever use Stevens again or recommend them. I have several rental properties and used the lowest bid method and got much better work!

They were great. They gave a quick response. They did a really good job and gave me a two year warranty. I recommended them to some of my other friends.

During the recent heavy rains in SA, our metal roof leaked. Gary responded within 24 hours to my inquiry to assess the damage. The problem was several areas needed resealing. He and his assistant repaired the areas and guaranteed the work for a year. We are extremely pleased with his professionalism and work ethic. <br />

I had met Gary, the owner, & asked questions & prices to fix my rent house roof leaks as am getting ready to sell the house with inspectors going to check it one day. I asked him to bid on the minimum I can get by with, as the roof shingles still have more life to them. He came by in the morning, gave me the details & options & price. Was a very reasonable price so agreed. He & his helper came back that afternoon on time as promised & did the repairs = changed out all the old cracked boot sleeves around the vent pipes where hail had damaged them enough to cause large leakage & fixed loose shingles. <br /> They were very courteous, honest & professional. The work was perfect. Will use them again & recommend them to others. <br />
