Steve Planck Construction

Steve Planck came and worked for four to five hours on my stuck exterior door. At the end of that time, the door opened but lacked weather stripping. He told me he was coming back with weatherstripping and a small metal theshold to replace the exterior wooden theshold ramp that had deteriorated. I paid him $550 by check. The only receipt I have is that check which was promptly cashed. He returned about ten days later on October 5th and again spent several hours. He did not have the required amount of weatherstripping and told me he would purchase more and return. I asked him if he could also repair the hinges on three interior doors. He said he could but removed those doors from their hinges and took them with him. He said he must take them with him to better repair the doors. I again paid the requested $550

Good gob could not ask for any better

Steve and Tracy are wonderful. They have completed a variety of maintenance tasks on our historic home (bathroom, drywall, concrete) and each job is done with care, expertise and very high quality. They care for our home as if it were their own. Do not hesitate to hire them!
