Steve Is an awesome painter. He does the job the right way. Power washing before painting. Made sure and replaced and caulked any trim that was bad. He always arrived on time and worked hard. Extraordinary, from initial contact Steve is on it. After initial meeting, next day after contact, Steve explains job in detail and assists you with any difficulty you have such as color selection and that took me a few days of looking at paint samples he would bring, Steve arrives on time and works a full day or longer and in unbelievable heat conditions. My house looks awesome I love to look at it, the detail in this job is beyond expectation. Steve doesnâ t miss a thing, first thing in the morning he reviews the work from the day before takes note of each little spot that he believes needs touch up and takes care of it. Steve is a perfectionist and wants his work to show it and he pointed out several items around the home that could be improved and I had him take care of it. He never made me feel like I was being rushed and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a painter that actually cares about the quality of his work and his work ethic.

Excellent, Excellent! Steve arrived promptly for the estimate. He was able to begin the project and arrived timely each day. Steve worked around our schedule and the other projects we had going on at the time. Power washing, facia repairs, rock removal, sanding, scraping, stucco repair and finally painting were all involved. The result was a professional job and cleanup with minimal disruption and a beautiful looking house. I highly recommend Steve Swank Painting and will hire him again when I have additional projects.
