I came home on a Friday afternoon and it was 82 in the house, so I got on Angie's List very quickly to try and find somebody for the weekend. I called one or two, and they were already booked for the weekend and weren't going to be available. Stewart was the second or third call I made and they said they could have someone out that day. It was the first time I had ever used them. I would use them again in the future.

Had another company scheduled to come out but they kept giving me the runaround on when a tech would be available. After 5 hours of waiting starting calling other companies, with Stewart air being one. Called and got no answer so hung up. However, Maurice called ME back and said he had a missed call from this number and wanted to know if he could be of service. Told him what was going on and said he'd get me next after his current appointment. 30 minutes later he called again and said he was enroute, after which he had my A/C up and running within 20 minutes after arriving. Maurice was very professional and I will now consider him for ALL my HVAC needs! Highly recommended!

Came to the house. Was very courteous and diagnosed the problem accurately. Let us know that the part wouldn't be available until the next day. Repaired the unit the next day as promised. Good communication throughout.

The Provider came about 2:56pm and spent about 10 or 15 minutes expecting my unit inside my house and outside-then he said it will be $350.00 for the work to be done. I showed the Provider a printout of what I was expecting him to do, in which he laughed and said he would go broke if he did all those things on that list for $39.00. So my daughter paid the $350.00 even. I asked if he was deducting the $39.00-he said no, that was just for the inspection only.
