Cancelled on me three times, changed the price continuously.

Not Reliable

He contacted me in 6-14-21, he came out the next day to look at my Kitchenaid refrigerator. Upon inspection, he advised me that I had 2 motors in the refrigerator and one went out, which is not true. I found out, there is only one motor and the thermostat is the problem. Anyway, he quoted me that for parts, labor and troubleshooting it came out to $350. I payed him the money **I have been getting all types of excuses as he could not find the part, he is trying to catch up on other jobs, etc, etc. This has gone on until July 1st. I am usually on top of everything, but because I am in the middle of renovation and some other things I just rolled with what he said and did not investigate. Luckily for me though, it did come to mind to write his vehicle license information down. As of Juky 1sr, I advised Mr. Stewart that I do have his license, the text message thread and the binding contract of the Cashapp I sent him and that I will be filing a police report if I did not get my full refund. He advised that I would have my refund in 7 days. I do not recommend this contractor, his voice mail is always full, whiic is a red flag and his communication and follow up is poor.

Mr. Stewart provides great customer service. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him too.

Prompt and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the refrigerator issue. Gave me information on how to procure a replacement compressor under warranty from LG. Was led to believe he was an LG certified technician and would install the part. (for the cost of labor) He informed me the following day he does not install compressors. Had to repeat the process with LG servicing center .. to incur another assessment/diagnosis fee. Chose Steve because he was able to come within 24 hrs and stated LG certified and performed in warranty repairs) Other services were 4 days wait. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. My issue was the miscommunication regarding the repair despite my repeating the process a few times for clarification. I felt misled.

Very courteous professional. Very busy with many customers so patience in getting to house but once there very patient and thorough.

Mr. Stewart was very professional, very prompt, and did excellent work at a reasonable price. I would absolutely refer his services to friends and family. We are very grateful that he did such a great job, and was so easy to work with.

Terrible experience, I paid Mr. Stewart a deposit to fix an appliance for my restaurant, he left with the parts and deposit and would not return until HomeAdvisor intervened. I would not recommend this guy, he is a great salesperson, but, he cares nothing about his business name. I did all I could to get him to respond back, but I was led on a daily, and I was able to order the parts myself with the help of another professional. Please, stay clear of this place, you have been warned.
