Was very pleased with process. <br> <br>Bid was professional and thorough. It included the scope of work they bid and as well as the price. The bid documents included samples of the shingles they provided so that we could see the color options as well as their insurance documents. The pricing was competitive. <br> <br>Within 24 hours of signing the contract we had shingles delivered and received a call from the owner Brian Kriefer to confirm when the crew would be starting and to ask we take cars out of the garage to ensure they didn't get blocked in when the crew brought in the dumpster. <br> <br>They had planned on starting work the following day, but had to cancel because of bad weather. The following day, the crew arrived at 6:30am to start prepping the site. By 7:00am, the guys were getting on the roof. Rob Hall, Sales Manager, stopped by the house twice during the day to check progress and make sure job was being done properly. The crew stuck with it until sun started setting. Crew then cleaned up everything even though they were coming back the next day to finish. The yard was neat and orderly. <br> <br>They crew was back the next day to finish work. Rob stopped by again to check on the work. <br> <br>When the job was completed we had an attractive new roof on the house and the yare and property were pristine. <br> <br>Received a Thank-You note from Brian Krieger and Rob Hall afterwards along with an offer of $300 for referrals we might be able to provide them. <br> <br>Overall, I was pleased with this whole transaction. It was easy, no effort, no stress and trouble free. <br>

Brian was the promptest in response time to my inquiry, was out to do estimate quickly, responded to my questions, sent written materials, contract, shingle samples and got work done within a week of my signing contract. Did the whole job in 2 days, working on a Saturday to avoid tarping a bare roof. Clean up was satisfactory and work crew was polite. <br />

Brian responded promptly to my request for a quote. (Some of the 4 or 5 contractors that came out never even got back with me.) His pricing was very competitive and his timing was great. The work was completed within 2 weeks. Other contractors were anticipating two months completion. The work took only one day to perform (7 am to 7 pm), clean up was thorough. I went up on the roof and inspected everything. The installation was high quality: shingle placement was flawless and coverage was complete, under nearly inaccessible overhangs, neatly up to side wall flashing, around the new roof vents. Brian was always immediately available on his cell phone or to come to the house for clarification. I am very pleased with the new roof! <br />

Tom Davis was very knowledgeable & was always looking out for us. The work was completed in one day and the crew couldn't have been better. Our house was covered completely by tarps - no damage to landscaping & all nails were picked up. Beautiful new roof!

The roofing material supplier arrived a couple days prior to Brian's crew starting the job. It took Brian's crew about three days to complete the job. What impressed me was that they cleaned up after every day and left no big messes - or more importantly no debris. Once the project was complete I was only able to find one roofing nail that they had missed. The roof looks great - we're very happy with our choice to use St. Louis Premier Roofing. <br />

The provider was very responsive and completed the job in a timely manner. After changing insurance companies, our new provider gave us a very short time to make repairs that we were not even aware of. The repairs were made within 2 business days and we were not required to be home avoiding the need to miss work. I would definitely use the provider again. <br />

Brian and Tony (?) provided excellent, speedy service. <br /> I had a small window in my garage broken and needed boarded up. I was told by Brian that service would be available in 30 minutes, and it was. <br /> The job seemed a little small for the price, but the quick response on a Saturday afternoon helped balance that out. <br /> With temperatures, and snow, falling, I needed the fix quick. <br /> <br /> <br />
