We hired Darryl to do home inspections twice. Both times were excellent service. Darryl knows what he is talking about and can quickly identify potential issues with the house. In our first inspection we identified potential water damage in the basement and ran a mold test. We luckily avoided a house with black mold thanks to his services. The second inspection was just as good at another house that we ended up purchasing. He has all the latest technology in order to do his job effectively and even better, provides a home inspection report online in a PDF within a day that neatly organizes all the findings. And you can access this report at anytime after completion. I would highly recommend Stocks Home Inspections to anyone I know.

Amazing! They were very professional, kind and thorough. This was our second home inspection from them, as our first home offer fell through after the great inspection he did. He found things we wouldn't have otherwise seen. So we passed on the first home. With our second inspection, he gave precise and clear recommendations regarding what we'd need done in the future and we are so glad we found this company.

Darrell is the best inspector I have EVER hired and he helped me avoid buying a house with some potentially concerning issues. He caught every minor issue, and advised on the severity. He used special tools to check for drywall dampness. He was honest and gave good advice. Darrul arrived 15 minutes before the inspection my nerves were all over the place being a first time home buyer. Darrul was very professional, courteous, honest and respectful of my feelings he knowledgeably answered all of my questions I feel very confident in purchasing the home I would definitely recommend Stocks Home Inspection to anyone that wants someone that's professional and honest.

Darrul did an amazing job with the home inspection. I arrived at the house 5 minutes early and he was already there waiting for me. The house is roughly 1300 sq feet and Darrul was there for a little over 3 hours. The report was sent to me an hour after the inspection was completed. The report was available in pdf format with linkable sections. At the end of the report was a summary with everything that Darrul found to be a concern or possible issue. It contained explanations of what is required to be inspected by the home inspector and what not is required to be inspected by the home inspector. It contained plenty of pictures and explanations of possible concerns or things that will need to be repaired or replaced. Darrul also did a great job of explaining different things in the house and answered any questions regarding improvement/renovation ideas. Based off of my experience I will recommend him to any friends and family.

It was above all my expectations. The overall process took about 4 hours onsite for an 1100 sq ft home. He was able to look over everything, explain what would be of concern and what he was looking for, and what he determined to be present. As a first time homebuyer, he made me feel confident in my decision but gave me a realistic overview of what issues may present themselves ahead.Beyond that, the report that was given was extensive, including detailed pictures and explanations. Mr Darrul Stocks showed up 5 minutes early. His appearance and demeanor were professional. We spoke briefly and he got right to work thoroughly inspecting my home from basement to attic and the outside yard. He spoke to me about potential ares of concern and very kindly and courteously answered all my questions. He showed me photos of my roof and spots in my attic that may need attention and explained exactly what he was showing me. He also sends a report with photos. I was very grateful for his service and would highly recommend him to anybody needing a home inspection.

Excellent! Darrul was right on time & began by inspecting the roof of the condo building. He was very through in the inspection of the condo it's self also finding that the dishwasher was not working. He checked all the plugs & base board heating units for proper function, ceiling fans, water pressure, faucets, drains, appliances, windows & also found a cracked mirror closet door panel which I didn't see before. He then proceeded to go downstairs to the basement of the building where the laundry room, furnace for the building, electrical hook ups for the entire building & water shutoff valves were located - checking everything & showing me which belonged to my unit. The owner was present for the whole inspection which was helpful when there was a question & Darrul was good about giving me suggestions for future maintance. Darrul's report was the best I have ever gotten in an inspection. It was 34 pages long with pictures & explanations of what he found a great reference guide. I would definitely use Stocks Home Inspection again in the future.
