Brick or Stone Fireplace Gas Repair

$270
This guy really took the time to figure out how to solve a problem others took a pass on. He did a great job and left the room clean after a messy job on the firebox in our fireplace.

This was a great company to work with. The quality of the work was great. Communication was a slight barrier in terms of responsiveness to emails, but the work was done ahead of schedule and on budget (they even worked on Thanksgiving Day). My one criticism would be that they do exactly what is discussed. In some ways this is great. That said, after they finished the work I found a few areas on one retaining wall that I wish they would have seen and patched. It wasnâ t part of the original plan, so not really a quality issue- I just wish they would have seen this and brought it to my attention. I would definitely hire them for other masonry projects if needed.

They actually identified an additional problem with the wall which I hadn't noticed and pointed it out to me. The repair was necessary for the integrity of the entire wall. This additional cost was worth it. Excellent work!

Prompt, expedient service! Performed the service requested, then did an incidental repair that was noticed by them. I have recommended them to a good friend here in Cleveland, because they are amazing!
