From start to finish the whole project was excellent, attention to details and the carpentry work was outstanding, if your having a kitchen done this is the place to go!

Our home is over 40 years old (where does the time go?) and our bathroom showed it. There was work needed on the floor, the cabinets and the tub. Dawn and Stonebridge were a soothing influence, with a can do attitude and professional touch that was just what we needed. From selection of the perfect slab of granite, cabinets, faucets, floor tile and tub conversion, Dawn made sure it was done, completed to our satisfaction and in a timely fashion. No complaints here, just a feeling of fulfillment, and that is something we don’t take for granted these days. We have experienced our share of frustration over the years, but this was money well spent!

Would highly recommend - very professional, high quality workmanship. The design and finishes are beautiful.

Our kitchen project went on without a hitch!! Everyone at Stonebridge is so professional and knowledgeable. They came in, demolished the kitchen and re-did it all within the time frame originally laid out. I can't wait until they re-do the bathroom!

Excellent! I had certain ideas where some were good and some not so much. I appreciated how different ideas were shown without feeling I had lost my choice of a kitchen. I love the cupboards I choose and the installation was flawless. I would recommend Stonebridge Kitchen and Bath to anyone. In fact, they are designing the kitchen in our cottage and I can’t wait!

The contractors did not show up at all for weeks at a time with no call. Supposed to take 6 weeks took 5 months. The workmanship poor. Installing broken ceiling panels, dented vents, framework around doors was 1/4 inch away from wall, left homes in wall that I had to call back to have repaired. Installed light fixture plates in legal, was told they clean up after themselves on numerous occasions I came home to mud all over my floors ruined carpet and the door to the basement is still not clean.

Everything went well. The work was done professionally. One thing that stands out with Stonebridge is that the majority of their workers are direct employees. Dawn, the owner, stopped in frequently to check on the progress and quality of work. From beginning design through completed kitchen everything went as agreed upon. No surprises. I will use Stonebridge again for future bathroom renovations. We could not be more pleased.

I paid $160 for the Angie's List deal for Interior Design Consultation, and I feel like it was nearly a complete waste of my money.  I'm pretty sure I would have gotten 90% of what I received for free if i had just called them and asked for a quote on a kitchen remodel.  I expected some specific cabinet style/color recommendations, granite, backsplash, wall color recommendations, but the information I received was fairly generic.  And since they don't do refacing or refinishing, which is probably what we will end up doing, their estimate was based on all new cabinets, so it was much more than we plan on spending.  Definitely regret spending the $160.

Overall we could not be happier with Dawn and her team, from start to finish. This was a long 6-month process, from design to procuring materials to a 2+ month installation. From the very beginning, Dawn listened well, she was thorough, she was creative (sometimes on the fly), and more than anything else she was patient as we continued to make changes.Her contractors were a pleasure to have in our home...professional, clean, respectful of our family and our space, but most of all VERY good at what they do. We miss having them around in a small way, if you can believe that. If you are lucky enough to work with her carpenter (and jack-of-all trades) named Keith, you will not be disappointed. <br /> One of her other contractors told us that they've worked with various designers over the years, and Dawn and her team treat them better than anyone else in the business by far. It shows in their work, and in the experience we received from start to finish. There were several issues that came up along the way, including hidden piping in a wall that came down and a mis-measurement for our new beverage center. To her credit, Dawn (and her guys) found quick and viable solutions while taking care of the cost difference. <br /> We would recommend Stonebridge to anyone considering a major home remodeling job, or for something as small as a new bathroom or laundry room. We felt their price was fair, they were transparent, and this project was totally worth the investment. We've had knowledgeable family and friends tell us this was the best transformation of a home they've ever seen in person, and that says it all. <br />

It was fine. The challenge for me with them was that the schematic that they gave me was very generic. For the $85 that I paid, I was really looking for something to be more customized for my actual environment. It really seemed like they kind of took the standard 15 x 10 room that they use for anybody.

If there were other options available, I would use other for our home, but I would not totally eliminate them. There was a couple of problems I’ve had with the owner not calling me back, it was for the punctuality, they were late a couple of times, they’re supposed to get here at 8:00, they might have gotten here at 9:30. They did quality work, when they were here, but it was just I think lack of communication with the owner and myself.

Richelle is a very nice person.  However, during the two-hour visit I learned close to nothing.  Whatever I described as one of the possibilities, Richelle responded that it was good.  When I asked about comparisons of options, her response was that both were good.  I ended up hiring  a student in UofM's Interior Design program, who was better and cheaper ($22/hr). <br />

Rachelle was fantastic.  She met me at a tile showroom to select the correct colors, etc. and knew the best vendors for custom grout, to make the job perfect.  She is an excellent communicator and was timely and professional at all of our interactions.  I would highly recommend Stonebridge!! <br />

This company is extremely responsive and appears to care greatly about the job being done. <br /> They really try to give the customer exactly what the customer wants. <br /> I was out of town for most of the entire job; they took charge and made it happen. <br /> They replaced the counter tops with granite and the backsplash and sink. and also performed some minor repairs to a cabinet. <br /> I would have appreciated not having an extra join in the granite; and have now found that the nails used are breaking the wooden shelves underneath the counter.  I would have also appreciated it if the plumber did a better job with the disposal; first it was installed on the left sink versus the right and then, thanks to the positioning of the disposal tubes by them, it cost me an extra $200 to get the dishwasher examined for the grit that was remaining after the wash....only to be told that it was the positioning of the disposal tubes that caused the problem. <br /> I would hire them again. <br />

Took about three weeks from initial tear out to final installation by carpenter.  The carpenter Kevin was excellent! <br />

Richelle Schultz came out to consult for our new home. She did fantastic job in recommending stuff to us. We were looking at making changes to our living room and she made very good suggestions and which made out decision easier. Great recommendation about design related to flooring, drapes, living room furniture, color, window treatment, etc. Overall great work done. <br />
