Absolutely unprofessional. We were lied to on multiple occasions. First of all, someone showed up to our house to 'take more measurements' and when we returned home our basement smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. One of the workers was smoking in our basement. Second, Patrick told us that permits would be pulled for the project. He NEVER pulled the permits and when confronted he claimed he did not think permits were needed. I called my town clerk and they said permits were absolutely necessary. We asked Patrick to call off his workers before they started working and he agreed to stop all work until the permits were acquired. His workers still showed up and worked the whole day. We were told that part of the price we would pay covered repair of foundation cracks, but framing was placed over the cracks, so they were going to charge us for work that was never completed. We had an inspector come out and they told us most of the work was done incorrectly. They are a scam!

The crew did a great job repairing a block retaining wall, plus a paver patio and walkway. They look better than they did when they were first installed. Very happy with the result.

Stonecare was a pleasure to work with, scheduling was very easy and prompt, and the cleaning was thorough. He explained what he was doing and ho to reduce creosote buildup. He also put down drop cloth to keep the carpet clean. Very happy with Complete Chimney service, have had them do the annual cleaning several times.

Our front steps and walkway, as well as several minor repairs around our house and back patio, needed to be rebuilt. He visited the next day to analyze our needs and provide us with a project estimate. The next week, the work was started and completed in two days. EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED!! This covers a number of changes made as the project progressed. My wife and I are ecstatic about the results, which clearly indicate a big improvement. I wanted the top courses of a chimney to be replaced. An incompetent mason botched the job totally. Masonry and More came to the rescue. They set up scaffolding and finished the job professionally and quickly. It looks great and was done at a very reasonable price.

Excellent, was on time and perfect. Stonecare and Their team (sorry, forgot their name) were even able to lift the concrete wall and it was done perfectly. They even caulked around the entire area, cleaned it out etc. Used hydraulic lift to lift it and then put the foundation repair compound. THank you.

These guys were great. It was very easy for them to understand what I wanted done and the quote I got was very specific about how it would be accomplished. It was clear from the beginning that everything would be done well and I got regular photo updates throughout both days of the work. All my questions were answered promptly and completely and we are very happy with how things turned out. I definitely recommend getting a quote and you should have no fear hiring these guys.
