A new oven range did not fit the old cut out in the granite counter! Panicked!! Bill responded to my inquiry within the day. We agreed on the price (which was really reasonable, considering the quality and the labor they provided) and set up the job date. Bill and the team showed up on time and left the house dust free. A lot of contractors do not understand the importance of communication, leaving a lot of stress on customers. Bill is not one of them. He is a great communicator.

Bill was very responsive to my inquiries and his price was reasonable compared to two other stone repairing companies I had contacted. My green marble floor was scratched up by the plumber I had hired to replace my toilet. See the before and after pictures. The scratches are gone and my marble floor is shiny and new again. Even the grout got cleaned up. Just a note, they don't accept credit card payments. I paid by check.
