"thank you for your review.we appreciate your input.i dont like getting a c here, but there are no comments for me to know wht.but thanks anyway"
"thank you for your review, the total scope of the job was engineered stone countertops, tile backsplash, plumbing and cook top hookups.this was pretty much a kitchen remodel.we certainly look forward to servicing you again in the future,"
"thank you very much for your review and enjoy your new kitchen,if there is anything else you need, just call,"
"there is really not too much i can add to the scope of work as described.these customers were a pleasure to work with and were very quick with answers and money when needed, project went very smoothly.thank you guys so very much."
"this is one of our favorite customers, she is very easy to work with and as she said,i designed and completely remodeled her master bath.she pays for her jobs up front and this makes the job go much smoother without delays waiting on money.we will always be at this customers service."
"hello and thank you for your review.this job went very smoothly but could have been more of a challenge if we had not made the decision to send robert.he did an excellent job.we look forward to servicing you in the future."
"thank you very much for thevreview and i enjoyed working with you also.i think it is important to talk about the scope of this job, floor tile throughout the house on the floors and kitchen backsplash as well as granite countertops in kitchen, dry bar and bathroom as well as reworking cabinets in the kitchen.all appliance hookups and sink hookups were included.so were all tear outs.all for $14000.00.i wish i had about 100 customers a year like these.___"
"to start off with the scope of work is being misrepresented.there was mirror work done, there was granite countertops and plumbing and shower trim hookups in addition to the work described by customer.not bad for $5000.00.so why is that a c?i do not recall any issues with communication other than the customer ceased listening to me and gleaning all of the information from the big box construction retailer that was across the street and was painted orange.they will hereafter be referred to as h/d.this neatly brings me to the backer board.the concrete backer board that we used is a standard backer board sold by h/d.it was the floor person at h/d that convinced her that it needed a skim coat of red waterproofer.in my opinion, this was not needed,it gave the installation an additional materiel that was not needed, concrete backer board and thin set are both made of what?concrete!it is impervious and unaffected by water.red waterproofer was not needed.but what did we do?we skim coated it at my expense because we dont argue with customers.the stripe tile that was being used did not show up with the original order,so while my tile guy was there, customer went across the street to h/d and bought some tile to replace it.i do not remember a significant delay.i would agree with customer about the issue of the corners being cut incorrectly but again this was taken care of whilst we were waiting on the glass enclosure.this installer was new and didnt know what my expectations are.he does now.once again i would like to address the fact that the customer said her shower looks great and i know that her granite countertops do also.and yet i get a grade of c?also,i think it merits mention that at the customers request i changed the metal rail at the bottom of the mirrors.the customer never paid for that.there is no mention of that in her review.in summation,i think that our grades on price and quality should have been a or b.the customer said that in her review.i dont know how it is in oregon, but in texas its called talking out of both sides of your mouth.."
"this is another review that basically has me rated as an "a"on quality and an "a"on price and then "c"on everything else.i would caution that the other grades are mainly based on subjective opinion[like how long a master bath should take, how many have you done?].i am not saying that the other grades are not important.i am saying that price and quality are the most important.now having said that,i want to deal with the issues,1]-my tile guy was late a couple of days and missed another in the first days of the project.he and i had a confrontation about this subject and it never happened again on this project or has happened since on any other job.my granite installer might be a different subject.i have had issues on more than one occasion with not cleaning properly and i do not intend to keep having these issues.i am going to draw the line on his personal toilet habits.if i had seen or knew that he or his helper had done this, they would have been fired on the spot.the problem i have is that there was other people in the house that day.i do not fire people based on assumption, the same type of assumption that this customer is engaging in.i also need to explain that i usually dont send people right away to take care of any minor issues right away,i usually wait a week to see if other problems crop up so that we can take care of everything at once.obviously, there are exceptions as in water leaks and such.my mistake here was that, according to her,i diagnosed the problem over the phone and she fixed it.i admit, she must be pretty handy but there were only three minor issues and she didnt want to wait so she fixed them herself.in the end ,whilst i agree with some things said,i believe this review is highly opinionated, petty and harsh. we as a company dont strive for "c"s and i dont think we deserved one here."
"thank you and we look forward to helping you in the future"
"the statement about never seeing me after the first day of work is a blatant lie.the supplier lost the tile order and the original installer refused to go back over to this job because of the customers abrasive nature.i had to bring robert in to finish.these were the complicating factors that caused the job to run long.i think it is also pertinent to add that this customer still owes me money.i thought it might be a nice gesture to just walk away from it,but this is how i am treated.i would never consider doing anything else for this customer.you may not like me and thats fine but robert worked a whole weekend to finish your project.dispicable!"
"this is actually a job from last winter and i never knew of any of these issues about workmanship until now.i guess they have spent all of their time writing this exhaustive review.it is unfortunate that i was never given an opportunity to correct these issues,at least the ones that could be.i was never told.the theory advanced in the review that i chose the stone is untrue.also,i think it is apparent that because of the length and complexity of the review, [Member name removed] feels that everybody who comes into his house is incompetent.right away i lost my job superintendent because of [Member name removed] and the problems went on after that.i really believe that in the future, [Member name removed] should do these things himself so that he will be happier.at that point,he will only have himself to blame."
"thank you for your time and we look forward to working with you in the future"
