Project and cost were agreed upon after initial estimate. Work on the driveway began immediately and was completed within a few days and 50% of payment was provided. While the driveway was being completed, work began on the mailbox and was completed up to the point of the finish work, including a house number plate to be attached to the front of the stonework. Contractor stated that the house number plate needed to be ordered and they would be back to complete the job once they received the plate. In early July, contractor stated they had the plate and would be out that week to complete the job, but have never returned despite promises that they would finish the job.

Excellent! Brian makes sure that the customer is 100% satsified with the outcome. In addition, he clearly explained all the steps along the way. Definitely recommend!

The repairs were super fantastic! Walter was the lead man working on and overseeing the work that took 2 days. They literally hand cut out the damaged cement/grout and then put in new material. All patching and brick replacement was very well done. It's very hard to see what was done. The crew did a good job of cleaning up, too.

I spoke with Brian who visited my home to provide an estimate and provide the best options for repairing the area that were in need of repair. Prior to selecting Stone Masters there were other masonry contractors who refused the work because it appeared to be a small job. Brian gave me a mid-range price, he was not the cheapest and he was not the most expensive. Brian and his team arrived as scheduled and completed the work beyond my satisfaction. The quality of the work was excellent and his crew did an awesome job in cleaning up the site. I have to share that the brick walkway that led up to my front door was really shabby and in need of repair. Brian's work is outstanding and I plan to use his services again in the near future.

We are very pleased with the finished product. Brian, the owner, came to bid the project on the same day we called. He was professional and easy to work with. Gave us some ideas and was patient while we finalized our plans. Other than a few rain delays, the project was finished quickly and to the specs we discussed. We worked with the owner Brian and contracted him to install Silver Mist flagstone on our front, back and kitchen porches, as well as build steps a the front porch. After he started the work, we decided to have him build some additional steps, and pull up an old walkway and replace it with Silver Mist. His price to add this additional work was very reasonable. <br /> Brian's crew knew exactly what to do and wasted no time. And when they finished, they picked up  <strong><em>everything</em></strong>, including what was left of the pile of sand they used for making mortar. The yard was left exactly like it was when they started.  <br /> We are very happy with the results and especially the honest way in which Brian dealt with us. When we noticed a questionable place in the stone work, Brian immediately had his guys pull out the stones and corrected the issue without a question. The Silver Mist on the three porches looks great and our realtor said it will increase the value of the house much more the the cost. Next summer we will add a new entry walk and a patio in the front. We will definitely have Stonemastertx do that work. <br />

<p>The driveway brickwork cement came out within a few weeks. They came back and re did it and it has all come back out. The other work they did was just fine. They probably should have used a rubberized material for the driveway since it has stress from cars going over it. To their credit, they did do some extra work for free on the second trip to appease me. </p> <br />

We met at the site and hit off our conversation with confidence and thorough info.  He did exactly what we agreed upon, especially with care consideration of this 100+ year old brick building.  On same building but on another project we had him involved with other contractors to discussed plan of action with genuine cooperation.

<p>Brian and his crew were great.  I called two other companies who couldn't even come to give us a bid for several days to a couple weeks.  Brian came out and met with us the next day.  He talked with us about what he saw as problems that needed to be addressed as well as what we saw.  We also talked with him about other yard / home projects that we wanted to do and worked a deal for him to not only do the masonry work but also clear / pour a pad in our yard for a shed to be build.</p> <p> Having had our kitchen recently remolded in our home and working with a company that turned out to be less than professional, reliable or timely I was leery about hiring a company to do work on our home.  I was fearing another headache.  What I got from Brian and his crew was exactly the opposite.  The gentleman who came to work on our home showed up a day early to start the work.  They were timely throughout the job, cleaned up after themselves each day and provided us with the work we agreed upon in a very timely manner.  I would have no trouble referring Stonemastertx to any of our family or friends.  We look forward to having Brian and do future work for us as we look to landscape our yard and pool area.   </p> <br />
