Glen and the team at Stone Pros has consistently gone above and beyond for us. They have delivered a new granite fireplace hearth they measured cut installed and modified the new mantel to fit perfectly, 5 vanity tops at both our primary residence and a vacation home and a wet bar counter top. Most recently we needed new splash guard for a vanity that was damaged during a renovation because of water damage to the bathroom. Glen found a matching piece had it cut and polished in under an hour. Cant say enough good about them.

Went to Stone Pros on a referral from a friend as they were highly recommended. Glenn was very easy to work with, professional and upfront about the costs of the project and didn't have any hidden costs. We hired Stone Pros to install new counter tops in our kitchen and bathroom and they turned out beautiful. The installation team was efficient and made sure to protect our flooring prior to starting work. Would highly recommend Stone Pros and will be utilizing them for our future counter top needs.

I can't say enough about this company! From the initial consultation with Jeff and Glenn, to the templating with Serg and the install with Lalo, I had a top notch experience with all aspects of this project. They all were professional, friendly and I am very pleased with the result.

Stone pros are a top notch company. When we first decided to replace our counter tops in our new house we were going to put gray quartz into our house. When we sat down with the very busy owner of stone pros Glenn, he changed our minds. Because we were installing new counter tops into a log home he suggested using a natural stone because it is a natural home (log built). We were looking at a light gray color scheme, Glenn suggested a dark stone he had recently seen at a granite distributer in Seattle. We instantly agreed. He has an eye for what would work and look best. We went totally opposite of what we came in to have installed. He stated he would do what we wanted as customers. But we went with his suggestions. We went down to Seattle (not my favorite place) and picked out our slabs. We absolutely could not be more pleased with his suggestions. We were under a tight time line also. We had a house warming party coming up and really wanted the counter tops completed. Glenn’s crew was very accommodating to our schedule and worked tirelessly to have the job done in a very timely manner with the utmost professional attitude on a Saturday. You have to understand that installing counter tops against logs is not an easy event. I was asked questions along the way on how I wanted certain locations to be completed so I would be happy with the end result. We will use them again for our bathroom remodels when the time comes. Glen from Stone Pros was extremely responsive to helping us out of a true bind. We had recently hired a terrible contractor who really botched the job. He is very responsive to calls and texts, will not leave you hanging as some others do. Glen and his partner came in, removed the bad counters and went to work. In a weeks time, we had beautiful, expertly cut and installed Quartz counters. He even suggested a slightly different stone then what we had originally chosen that would look better in our kitchen. And he was right! Thanks to Glen and his partner Lalo, we are very happy with our new kitchen counters.

It went beautifully! Glenn was incredibly helpful in leading us through the whole process. We were new to all of this, but he was very patient and had great suggestions. He helped us select granite, helped us make design decisions about the shape and curves of the counter top, height and thicknesses of back splashes, and so many other details.  I could not be happier with the results.  It really looks amazing and I love my new counter top.  Everything is really gorgeous and it looks so incredible. People have even asked us if we got new cabinets at the same time, even though we kept the original ones and they are 24 years old! It all turned out very stylish. The fabrication work was incredibly exact. It is almost impossible to find the joint between our two slabs of granite. It was wonderful working with such a perfectionist and artist. I could not have been happier with the over all results. <br />

Everyone has heard the horror stories of remodeling gone bad ? over-budget, delayed, quality issues.  Our 2100sqft whole upstairs remodel was that and then some.  8 months into the effort when we were exhausted and stressed to no end and it came time to select granite.  Severely underwhelmed with the granite sub-contractor our GC was offering, we ventured out on our own calling, interviewing, and visiting many suppliers.  Upon meeting Glenn and his crew at their workshop, we instantly knew Stone Pros was a cut (pun intended) above the rest? by far. Glenn demonstrated a depth of knowledge in his field that exceeded the combined information and level of detail from all the other granite sellers and stone yards we had visited.  He asked us about our project and tastes and recommended different types of granite to consider and educated us on the features and characteristics of each.  He learned about our lifestyle and, talked to us about cleanability, showing dirt, crumbs, and fingers prints, and even took into consideration which granites would withstand our kids inevitably climbing and sitting on the large overhangs and spans that were part of our design.  Seeing the ongoing projects in his workshop proved they had a deep care for quality and attention to detail. <br /> As we moved forward with Stone Pros, Glenn made everything straight-forward and easy.  His direct communication facilitated the estimation process so we knew exactly what we were going to get and how much each option we were considering would be.  He laid out the next steps and expectations for site readiness, and worked hand-in-hand with us on schedule and dependencies as well as contingency plans.  Clearly this was critical since we were GCing this portion of our project ourselves. <br /> As for the details, in the kitchen/dining area we had a black leathered granite, and not only could he fabricate trimmed down 2cm black-splashes, but Strone Pros and ONLY Stone Pros could leather the cut edges and backsplash tops so everything was consistent and uniform versus a leathered top and honed sides. In our master bath we also carried through the black granite with matching backsplash but with the added twist of no side splashes which meant Glenn and his team had to scribe the granite to the not-so-straight walls of our 1956 house without being able to ?hide? anomalies under side trim.  In the other bath/laundry room we used a quartz product, this room was a significant challenge as the cabinet structure was modified after the countertop templating and cutting.  Glenn worked through this change with us with the utmost care and patience as there was no margin for error. <br /> To say that we were pleased with the results would be a gross understatement. It was perfect.   During the installation his crew was clean, respectful, and careful.  The seams were essentially invisible.  Corners and edges that butted up to other items, like to cabinets, walls, and the sides of our range were tight and straight.  <br /> Overall, what stood out most with Glenn from start to finish was passion and pride of workmanship.  It was refreshing given all the other sub-par sub-contractor work we had come across during our project.  His care for the customer and end product shone through every step of the way.  It would not be a stretch by any means to call him a granite artisan.  When we regain our strength and stamina to tackle the second phase of our remodel, the lower floor, there is no question on if we will be calling Glenn.  I wholeheartedly recommend Stone-pros to all my family and friends or anyone looking for top-notch tile and stone team. <br />

We downsized homes and were thrilled with the results of our kitchen remodel from our larger home.  We are convinced it helped us get a significant amount over the asking price of our home.  Now, we've downsized and have had Stone Pros redo all our baths with granite counter tops and are getting ready to redo the kitchen.  We couldn't be happier with their customer service and artistry! <br /> Jean Buckner <br />

The crew was very professional and the installation was done better than expected. My kitchen countertop was very difficult to install. I was very concerned with finding the right installers and fabricators. I have had considerable experience with construction and remodel work. The crew of Stone-pro and Glenn made it look simple. I had one of the most difficult corner tops to measure and cut than the crew had ever seen. The template had to be done with perfection.It was! <br />    Glenn walked me through the process of selection of granite and guided me through the laborious process of selecting the right materials for my job. <br />

It was awesome. The communication was fantastic and even thought this was a small job, they took a lot of time with me. I can tell that this business is really trying to make a positive name for themselves, and the attention to details is unmatched. The demo was done in 1 day and the template taken that day for the new counter top which was installed the following day. Glenn was great and Lalo and Gerry did a great job with the installation. A beautiful change to my 1929 home. Just as it should have  looked all along. Love, love, love! <br />

I talked to roughly 6 Stone Fabricators in the Seattle area and picked Stone Pros because they are a customer and detailed focused team. <br /> Many stone fabricators keep left over slab material that previous customers have paid for. They then sell this remnant material to other customers for smaller counter tops or bathroom vanities. Some fabricators refuse to let you keep the unused material from the slab THAT YOU ALREADY PAID FOR, and will only hold the material for you for 3-6 months before putting it in their remnant yard. I understand that this is just business, but to me, this double dipping practice is unethical. Other fabricators, have minimum job costs, so they try to up sell marked up items such as sinks, faucets, tile, etc. <br /> This IS NOT the case with Stone Pros. Glenn, the owner, said that if i found a material i liked in his remnant yard, i could have it for for free and would just have to pay for labor. Other fabricators charge $10-$15 per square foot for remnant that someone else has already paid for. <br /> From the beginning, Glenn was very helpful on advising how the install would go. He also suggested places where i could find other materials for my bathroom remodel such as sinks, faucets, etc. He even took time to get back to me on the same day he had his baby. (Super customer service!) <br /> The templating and install went fabulous as well. The template took about 30 minutes to make, and then they fabricated and installed the counter the next day! One day turn time! <br /> During the installl, Jerry and Lalu we very detailed orientated. They took extra care not to make a mess and even taped seams before caulking to prevent caulk from getting everywhere. Drop clothes were put down to protect the new floor and everyone was very polite and respected the home they were working in. <br /> I will definitely be contacting Glenn's team when i redo my kitchen and second bathroom. <br />

I don't know what there is left to be said about Glenn and his fine crew. All the adjectives have been used up. Glenn walked us through the process from the beginning to the end. We picked out the granite, three pieces, and he brought them to his shop. On Monday as scheduled he showed up with his fine crew. Dismantled the kitchen counter and the stove counter and made their templates. On Wednesday we were invited to his shop to witness the cutting process. On Thursday, as scheduled, he arrived with his crew and started installing the counter tops. On Friday he arrived and finished the installation. By early evening we had the most beautiful kitchen I have ever seen. He communicates and producers AAA quality. <br />

Glenn was extremely professional and courteous.  Went above and beyond. The bathroom countertop looks amazing.  Would work with him again in a heartbeat. <br />

Stone Pros was fabulous. Glenn, the owner, spent a lot of time with us and gave us some very useful advice and guidance .  Most important,  he encouraged us to open up a wall and create a peninsula out of stone in our new kitchen that turned out to be quite dramatic and beautiful.  We have a water view from the living room / dining area that now extends into the kitchen.  Now when you enter the house through the kitchen, you look out over the marble counter and see the water.  We love it. <br /> <br /> Glenn was very patient with me while we were selecting the stone - encouraging me to make sure I selected a slab that would make me happy even when it meant going back and forth several times between stone yards.  It paid off. <br /> <br /> When he and his crew came out to install the marble, they were very professional, polite, friendly and meticulous.  Amazingly, they were able to do make the counter on one side of the kitchen including the peninsula out of one piece of stone without seams.  It was a very large awkward  piece - weighing nearly a 1,000 lbs.  It was nerve wracking to watch, but they were able to carry it in and slip it over the new cabinets without a problem.  While the guys were working, they were conscious of their surroundings - being careful of the new floors, paint, etc. and they continually cleaned up after themselves. <br /> <br /> They did a great job!

If you are considering installing stone in your home you need to call Glenn at Stone Pros. From start to finish he was extremely responsive, helpful, accommodating, and importantly, delivered on the quality of work that has built his reputation. <br /> We had bids from <em><strong>5 providers</strong></em>! While Stone Pros was not the least expensive, they were very competitive. What won us over was the attentiveness of Glenn and his crew. I work for a boutique product provider and am well versed in high quality customer service. Stone Pros is that same type of provider. They turned a potentially stressful remodel into a breeze. I always felt up to speed on the work they were completing and was educated about a number of remodeling topics along the way. <br /> By all means, get more than one bid. Just make sure Glenn and his team have an opportunity to WOW you like they did for us. <br />

From beginning to end, Glenn was there with advice and help (return-on-investment when selling house, color selection, quality of granite slab). He came to my house to give the initial quote. He was there at the granite suppliers to advise on what slabs would provide the best quality for the price and help a color-challenged person (me) with the final selection. He and his guys were prompt and courteous during the old countertop removal and new countertop installation (and they thoroughly cleaned up any debris at each step in the process). I couldn't have asked for a better experience. <br />

Glenn has a great business model.  Charge a fair price, treat the customer right, and don't charge anything until the job is complete to the customer's satisfaction.  Such a rarity in today's marketplace.  Throughout the process Glenn cared more about customer satisfaction than he did about how much money he was making.  I only wish Stone Pros did more than granite.  Lalo and his son were excellent installers focusing on getting it all done to my specification rather than trying to rush the job.  My experience was so good that I wouldn't even consider using anyone else in the future. <br /> Thank you Stone Pros,   <br /> Earl <br />
