Estimator discussed the process and execution of the project (by a different team) followed closely to what was discussed. Kept up-to-date on progress and daily arrival of technicians, company showed a lot of scheduling flexibility when concrete was still too-damp one morning to proceed to the next step - waited the weekend and the technicians returned. SRS's quote was the highest of three quotes *but* their quote was the most-realistic for time required with no attempts of "I can't give you this but what we *can* do ..."

The rep was prompt, professional, and personable. The work performed was complete and satisfactory. He was here less than two hours, and the amount and type of work performed shouldn't have cost $300.

The work done was excellent. Most recently, I asked the provider who came to my house a question about my marble bathroom which I was having trouble getting clean. He recommended a product that has been a lifesaver. This company knows what it's doing!

Marble vanities look great! I wouldn't have them polish & seal granite again. Most of the employees are very professional and used great care. There was one employee who was very unprofessional, even rude. I would request Jake again for the marble. He was professional and friendly, but more importantly, he took pride in his work and did a fantastic job!

They did as good of a job as they probably could. It did not come out like new, but much, much cleaner than it was! They are a good company - would definitely recommend for hire!

We purchased a home that the entire bathroom was limestone. The bathroom had mold growing in it. They came and cleaned it and re-grouted it. They were very honest with us about how long it would last. We also had granite counter tops in our kitchen that need to be resurfaced. They came back and touched them up. They were fantastic to work with. I plan on having them back to do more work. They were fantastic.

My kitchen counter tops are 18 years old and were badly stained and discolored. SRS applied a poultice to draw the stains out. The application had to be done two times but it worked beautifully. There are a few small dark spots left but I have beautiful, clean, and shiny countertops. The only drawback was the kitchen was out of commission for two weeks.

This company was very easy to work with and was dedicated to making me happy.  Unfortunately, some things went wrong over the course of the job.  Some mistakes were avoidable, some were not.  The end result was not 100% to my satisfaction but I appreciated their willingness to make it right to the best of their ability.  In the end, they refunded a portion of the cost which I did not ask for, a nice gesture that was much appreciated.  They also took quite a bit of time educating me on how to care for the stone on my own moving forward, they even left cleaning products they trust.  Overall, it was a positive experience and I have no problem recommending this company. <br />

<p>Unfortunately they were not that good. I can not expect them to be perfect because the stone was already damaged. The price was lower than I expected. I wanted them to send someone more knowledgeable from the beginning. </p>

SRS is an exceptional company. Greg was very quick to respond when I contacted him, and returned with  reasonable quote in a very timely manner. The work called when he was on his way to my house, and arrived promptly. The work SRS did was outstanding, restoring my granite countertop to its original luster after it was damaged by a spill. Before leave, the young man also offered some suggestions on the ccare of the countertop to keep it looking beautiful. Great company to work with. I give SRS my highest endorsement. <br />

They called in advance like I had asked. When they arrived they explained what was going to be done. They answered any questions I had and informed me how to take care of the granite in the future. Not much more to say other then they came, they were friendly, they did their job, answered all my questions, and gave me advice on how to deal with granite in the future. <br />

The SRS team did a very nice job, finishing all the above items. They removed old damage from marble bathroom floors so that it is no longer visible and polished them to a high shine. They also did a very good job on the granite vanities in the master bath and in the kitchen. There was a slight problem with the tile grout in the bathroom shower that was quickly resolved when the SRS worker came back a week later to finish up. We're very satisfied with the quality of the work and recommend SRS for this type of job. <br />

Everything was done in an extremely professional manner, from the initial estimate to the follow-through of the work.  This company was very concerned with my satisfaction every step of the way.  They are very knowledgable about various natural stones and are able to cutomize their recommendations for each specific stone and surface.  The results were outstanding and far exceeded my expectations.  These stone surfaces were very dirtly and worn, and now they look like new - truly.  I highly recommend this company. <br />

The front entry and a short connecting hallway in our home have natural slate tiles in shades of soft green, blue, gray & black that were installed in 1966.  We moved into the house in 1993.  I assumed that all of the dark lines in the tiles were part of the natural color, since they didn't come off when I initially scrubbed the floor.  One day, a floor covering professional said that a professional cleaning would really enhance the floor, so I finally decided to try it and called SRS. I left a message after hours and my call was returned the next morning and we scheduled the job. <br /> The day of the service, the roads were a mess with fresh snow and ice and I <br /> thought they might postpone it, but the technician called to let me know that <br /> he would still be coming, just arriving an hour or so later.  That was <br /> fine with me. <br /> After masking off the edges of the walls, the technician applied a stripper solution to the floor and used a gentle broom on the surface and scrubbed all of the grout lines with it.  Next, he used a high temperature steamer/suction device.  It was a rubberized dome-shaped head on the end of a long hose attached to his truck outside.  It further loosened dirt and and suctioned it up.  He repeated the stripping process and the steaming process, then allowed the floor to dry with the help of a <br /> fan.  He finished it with 3 coats of wax, drying between layers.   I chose wax over sealer because I did not want the color of my floor tiles to be any darker.  <br /> I was surprised at how much dirt came out of the floor,  because I regularly clean and wax it.  It looks beautiful, and the dark lines are gone!  It made a more dramatic difference than I was expecting. The technician warned me that some of the paint might come off of the shoe moulding around the floor, and there are some small spots that will need to be touched up.  He was very neat and cleaned up before he left.  I would definitely use them again. <br />

SRS is not cheap, but you get what you pay for:  responsiveness, timeliness, quality and professionalism.  They get the job done right. <br />
