Horrible experience. Overpriced and used water instead of chemicals for follow-up. Edward tried to charge me for a follow-up visit when I had already paid him more than market value for an initial treatment. (With fleas it takes a few treatments to kill them.) We negotiated and he agreed to come. He showed up and started spraying, but didn't put on a mask like he had the first time. When I asked why he said, "because I don't like to wear it." He asked me to leave the house. I said I'd prefer to stay. He was being way more liberal with the liquid than he had the first time. I asked why there wasn't a smell and he said cause he doesn't use the same chemical twice. Then I put my fingers on a puddle of liquid he hand just sprayed and smelled it. It was completely odorless. I told him, "I think you're spraying with just water." He called me a "really funny" person and then I told him, "You can go. I'll find someone else."

After the inspection, Edward decided that a preventative application was best suited for my situation. He explained to me the process and made me feel comfortable about the safety of application (given I have children).
