Excellent. Fast and reasonable. Easy to get ahold of.

Roof tear off and replacement done. Didn't replace the skylight as planned, they didn't order the right skylight and didn't bother to re-order the right one. The crew did damage to front of the house soffit/gutter, he kept promising to come out and look at it. Never showed. Gave him over 2 months and still never showed. Took him to small claims court and we won the case and he still hasn't paid for the damages.

Work went very well and beyond my expectations. Excellent workmanship and corning ware shingles and material used for roof replacement on house and garage. Tom and crew were very diligent, neat and comprehensive about their work. They worked in inclement weather and ensure completion of work without any delays. Tom was very responsive beginning with the estimate, throughout and until the completion of the work. Tom is very personable and professional and kept me apprised of all phases of the work. Fee was reasonable and no overcharges. Highly recommend Storm Roofing.

Tom & his crew did an outstanding job! They were very professional, personable, courteous and efficient. When I first contacted him, he came out promptly, discussed the job in detail and quoted a very reasonable price. Once the work commenced, the roof was replaced in one day except for an hour of follow up the following morning. My wife and I were extremely pleased and also planned on having him replace a roof on our rental property at a later date. When the job was completed, Tom suggested that we replace the gutters and also added that they don't do gutter work. I agreed with Tom and contacted another contractor to replace my gutters. When the gutter contractor started their work, they pointed out a potential problem and suggested I discuss it with the roofer before they continue the job. Once done, they would come back and complete the gutters. I agreed and contacted Tom. Over the course of over two weeks Tom & I sporadically exchanged phone calls. He explained that he was busy which is completely understandable and that he would get back to me and check out the problem. He did not return phone calls as promised nor did he take the time to check out the potential problem. Therefore, we had the gutters completed without his input. Since we were so pleased with the roof installation this was a disappointment to us. Despite this, I would use Storm Roofing again and I will continue to recommend them. I'm just sorry he couldn't take a half hour out of his time and check out a possible problem for us.

Tom with Storm Roofing was awesome. I needed to get a quote and a roof done in a very short period of time (about 2 weeks). Within a few hours of requesting a quote, we were already talking. He got me all the info I needed, dropped off a sample for approval and we went from there. The new roof looks great and the price was right. I would totally use him again... but, given the quality of this roof... who knows if he'll be around in a few decades. Great Work!!! Absolutely great work!!!

Had two layers of roofing that had to be removed. The next day after I gave them the go ahead, a crew of about eight attacked the roof and the job was completed in about four hours. I could tell that they all knew their jobs very well. After they had left, the yard was so clean that you couldn't tell that they were even there. I almost forgot, a small area of wood needed to be replaced and they repaired that at no extra cost. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Tom was a very nice guy and happy to answer all of my questions. Professional and good follow through. He went out of his way to try to get his crew out there in a timely fashion for the repair. When Wilson and Josh showed up, they were also very helpful in explaining what I was dealing with, what they were going to do and why. Answered any questions I had. Seemed to do a fast and effective repair. The were also conscientious about cleaning up any debris that had fallen from the roof. WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE STORM ROOFING AGAIN!

Just made my wife and I feel comfortable and confident in his experience and ability. I would strongly recommend Storm roofing to anyone looking for quality work at a very fair price. I only wish I could hire Tom for other jobs I need to have done.

Storm Roofing Tom and his crew are awesome. They came out at a moment's notice even though all roofers were furiously backed up because of the storm. They tarp-sealed the open areas because rain and snow were forecast for the next few days. They coordinated with the insurance people on visits so I didn't have to play phone messenger. They replaced the entire side of the roof, matching the existing pattern. Tom was a pleasure to work with during this difficult time. He was super responsive, always answering our calls. Completely knowledgeable and informative about roofing issues, told us about why the damage happened and pointed out deficiencies in the previous roofing job. He met here with the insurance inspector on site, and made several recommendations. Once the insurance paperwork was finalized, Storm Roofing were out immediately and had the entire job done, including several new roofing boards, in one day. I was a little worried about damage to our neighbor's property during the job because we are very close and the ground was quite slushy from the weather, but the guys did a great job prepping the area and cleaning up afterwards. I can't say enough about what a great job Tom and Storm Roofing did, from beginning to end. Even the insurance inspector told me that Tom was one of the most competent and professional roofers he's ever worked with.

Tom was prompt in calling me when I first started getting prices. He came out to the house and we walked the roof. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out some concerns and we discussed several options. His price was very competitive and included all work necessary to completely do the job including providing the new skylites. After I agreed to go with him he quickly scheduled a date that was contingent on good weather. He was in constant communication with me through the whole process from the time we first talked to completion of the project. On the day of the job, him and his crew arrived on time and quickly went to work as they tarped off the house in preparation for removing the old shingles and any bad plywood. They worked straight through until the job was completed and then removed all debris. I was impressed on how they all worked together and how quickly they completed the job including a thorough clean up. I would definitely use Storm Roofing again and would highly recommend them.

i called around to many area roofers no one was helpful or even willing to show up. then i got to storm roofing they came out next business day with a very fair price, on time, and fixed the problem right the 1st time without trying to push me into buying a whole new roof.. A+ will use again

From start to finish i cant say how happy we were!

Called Tom regarding my chimney. He came over to take a look the next morning. In the afternoon that same day all the work was done. And I received a dozen of pictures on my cell. Tom was very fast, responsive and competent. Would recommend him and will call again when there is a need.

Was told it would take two days. It was completed in one. The area was cleaned up very well. Had the best price.

Tom's fantastic. He spent a lot of time conferring w/ me, explaining what kind of roof I had, how many layers it had, and how roof bids are calculated.  I received details of the materials used, colors available, etc. In the end, his bid was the most competitive not only in terms of the base price, but in terms of the warranty, and differential cost of rotted materials that might be discovered during the work. Tom was easily the most responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful of the folks I spoke with. <br /> The work began and was finished on time (1 day).  I received a ton of excellent pictures showing where additional materials were needed (rotten plywood etc). Tom called me when the project was finished, and explained everything that had been done. In fact, he went the extra mile and used FaceTime so I could see everything in detail. I have some renovations to do inside, and he even walked through the interior as well, and followed up with some pictures. <br /> Honestly, it's hard to even think of what else I could have asked for in a contractor.  Tom was awesome, and I can comfortably give him my highest recommendation. <br />

IT IS NOW 4  YEARS SINCE OUR "WARRENTIED ROOF" was  done.  We first called  in December2011, and this call was followed by several personal notes on Angie's list requesting a copy of our contract, as he was supposed to issue a full completed receipt and did not give us one.  When I finally connected with him, he was extremely abrasive, yelling over the phone about his business "burning down", "lost all of his records", and various other rants.  I remained calm, but told him I needed a receipt to present when I sold my home, which I still haven't done.  STILL WAITING FOR THE RECEIPT FOR COMPLETE RE-ROOFING, WITH ICE SHIELD, FLASHING and warranty information. I can get a copy of the check issued for $6,200 to prove that this was totally paid for.  I think it is ridiculous that I didn't get a receipt and Tom hasn't responded in over 4 years!  <br /> <br /> <br />

Tom is a very nice person but hard to get a hold of.  Was hoping to start the job buy the end of Oct but was not able to do it until Dec 7. With that being said they did a great job and I would use him again. <br />
