Richard Stout gets 5 stars all around. In addition to doing an excellent job for a very reasonable price, I was quite impressed with his character. When unforeseen problems arose in the difficult job of replacing the heat and air system in my old house, they were solved professionally with patience and ingenuity in a cool, calm manner with no complaining, frustration or bad language. He and his team got along perfectly with never a cross word. He did everything just as he promised and at the price he quoted. I was with him the whole time he worked, and I am very glad I got to know him. I think he is the ideal heat and air person, and I would recommend him to anyone.
