Very smooth operation. Jason was prompt and genuine. He laid out his timeline and what to expect and actually followed it. The work was done surprisingly fast and the attention to detail really impressed me. They even took extra care when demo-ing my old cabinets and counter top as to not disturb and freak out my cats. They made a point to clean and kept things put away each night before they left. I will definitely give him my business if/when I need more work done.

My husband and I got quotes from 5 different companies and hired Strait Renovations because Jason answered all of our questions in detail. We were impressed with his honesty and professionalism in quoting out the job. We felt Jason's quote was reasonable for the work we wanted done. His crew was on time, professional and skilled. When we had a question it was answered and we never felt ignored in any request. We were always consulted when unexpected complications occurred and in any renovations you can count on the unexpected. Two bathrooms in two weeks. No stress and no hassle. The Tile Shop that Jason recommended for the bathroom tiles was so easy to work with. Jason was always available for questions. I would highly recommend Strait Renovations. In fact we hired them again in December to put in a new quartz countertop in our kitchen and new tile backsplash. As expected our kitchen looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Very professional crew. Punctual and skilled in carpentry, plumbing and tiling. We've used Strait Renovations on three separate projects when re-modeling due to their excellent work. We live in an old house to re-models can come with challenges. Strait Renovations has come up with some solutions/workarounds when confronted with the shortcuts of the original builders. They've made our home a nicer place to live, all the while making it more sound and up to code. Strait keeps you informed throughout the process to make sure both them and us are on the same page at all times. Since they're very experienced with kitchen and bath re-models, we've also leaned on them for design advice. All in all, we've been very satisfied with their work and professionalism. We'll be having them back for the next project.

<p>Strait Renovations has performed excellent work at our home. We were so impressed with our lower level remodel, we had them back a year later for a complete gut remodel of our kitchen. They've just recently completed a gut re-model of our second bathroom. The work has been consistently high quality. We live in an old house so as the project progresses, there are bound to be curveballs when it comes to what you find behind the walls. I've been impressed with the solutions Strait Renovations has provided all the while staying on budget. <p>Jason and his team were great, and most importantly, they did beautiful work at a very fair price. The job took a little longer than originally anticipated, but we also threw a few last minute changes into the mix. The end result are bathrooms that are beautiful, and we are really proud of them. </p> <p>Jason offered his opinions, helped us get setup with the right person at the Tile Shop, and was a great guide through the whole process. He gave us options, and ways to save money along the way. I would continue to work with Strait Renovations on any remodeling job I have in the future.</p> <br />

In 2011, a serious city code violation needing resolution before our Sun City Huntley house could be sold required the replacement of the basement bathroom drainage system.? Strait Construction efficiently handled both the plumbing and the retiling of the bathroom.? The finished product was first class and passed city inspection with no problems.? The second use of Strait Renovations was in the summer or 2015.? Although our Luther Village apartment in Arn Heights was in nice shape, we wanted a more classy look to our kitchen.? Strait construction guided us through the possibilities and recommended a company where we could peruse the various products.? Our choices were made for a new back splash tile system.? Strait Renovations picked up the materials and completed the project in two days.? Disruption was minimal and the cleanup thorough.

<p>They were awesome!!! The owner, Jason Strait, communicated regularly as the work was being done on the rental home. He is extremely attentive to detail and provides a outstanding quality of service. Strait Renovations, Inc. specializes in custom tile installations and has done some beautiful work in both our rental home and the home we live in. There he finished the basement to include a kitchen, full bath with custom tile, living room, custom bar, bedroom, and laundry room.</p> <p>We use Strait Renovations exclusively for all remodeling needs.</p> <br />
