Allen and the Strange and Strange team were extremely attentive, detail oriented and kept us updated almost daily on the status of the project, including permitting (which sometimes takes time for the city to process, especially now-a-days). Once the permits were done, they were in and out and added very nice, easy to use accordion shutters to two large sliders/windows.

They were great! Allen was prompt and came through with excellent service. From permitting to processing and the final install. I’ve never had such a smooth process from a contractor. Well done!
