Danny was very nice on the phone and scheduled the job for the next day. José came out and was flexible with what I wanted done. He was very personable and easy to work with. The job was completed, but the next day I realized I wasn’t happy with the way my floor looked (no fault of José’s). I called Danny again and he got back to me the next day. José came out again and was more than happy to accommodate my OCD. He even replaced a tile without me asking, because he wanted to “make it look perfect.” All around good experience with these guys.

It went very good. They were punctual very helpful. I thought it was a great value. They did a wonderful job. I’m very pleased with them. I would definitely hire them again and I’m recommending them to anybody that I know needs flooring or other repairs.

The floor looks great and the installers were very professional. Danial was very good at follow-up and really helped get me the right product after the problems I had buying the material at Lowes. He got right on and fixed the issue and found a great replacement floor the same day. at first I was a bit shocked when I got the bill as it was higher than the quote but it was more work than they anticipated however Danial worked with me and we resolved a fair agreement.
