We had extensive damage to our home from the "Texas Deepfreez" and had to have considerable plumbing repairs. Aaron from Streamline plumbing was the professional we used. Very efficient, punctual , professional and polite. Rates were very competitive and the work was high quality. I couldn't be happier. Was contacted by 3 companies here on Angi, and the first two would not discuss pricing over the phone. Had to send a technician out - to upsell me something or close the deal on the spot. I didn't appreciate it. These guys at Streamline gave me what I expected, which was this answer about pricing "Sure, it's costs this much, and we do tons of these." Anyone who does these for a living should be able to answer that question over the phone, and they did. They scheduled promptly, showed up when they said they would, and did a great install. I'm super happy, and would definitely recommend them.

Very helpful and informative beyond just the install of the water heater… for example, common problems and how to keep it working over time.

Aaron shades is very professional, polite gentleman and never upsells anything. Clearly explained everything and replaced our 75 gallon water heater on second floor on time and did a wonderful job. I would have given more than 5 stars if I could. He is my go to guy from now on for my plumbing issues.

Aaron Shade was a 15 out of a 10. I had a difficult project… At least in my mind and the minds of many. 80 gallon hot water heater on the third floor in a closet. And tied to my geothermal system. Aaron was prompt in his response to me and went above and beyond what I would’ve expected in terms of Service in every way. He even contacted Sears regarding my warranty. I hope to have found my plumber for life! I have some other projects coming up that he knows about and then some others that I will be talking to him about. Very grateful to have found him. My research in the reviews I saw were spot on!

Unlike another plumbing company who quoted us double the cost, we felt the price was reasonable and prompt. We were disappointed that the company is not more conscientious about homes with immune-compromised family members and making sure the workers who enter homes are vaccinated. We were very anxious about our family's health since they did not wear masks due to the heat in the attic (understandable in the attic) and one worker stated he was not vaccinated. Customers should be informed/have an option before the workers arrive. Had we known, we would have insisted on vaccinated workers or found another company.
