Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to replace a water heater. They replaced our broken one within 24 hours. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. Prices was extremely reasonable and they were quick to send an estimate.

Stream Water Heaters did not actually do any work on my Water Heater. Instead, George pointed out that my unit was still well under warranty (2 more years) and I should make sure I had the unit registered. This is FANTASTIC! I understood water heaters just lasted about 10 years so I thought I would replace mine. George pointed out this was not necessary. It would have been easy to just replace and not tell me. Net/net - these folks are strong on honestly and integrity. 100%! Thank you!

These guys came to install water heather in my condo. They are very professional , and polite. What I like the most when they send me the estimate explaining in order how much is the water heather +parts +labor . I had 3 more companies send me the estimate but I choose this one!

Nice guy and straightforward

George was lovely to work with.! I would give 5 stars instead of 4 if I had had all the information I needed to get the job done on the first day. They were a couple hours late but worked hard and were thoughtful, patient and polite. And I would hire them again and recommend them.

Great communication end-to-end. Attention to detail, pointing out deficiencies with existing venting, all fair and good catches and provided reasonably priced solutions. Installer was super nice and knowledgeable. Would call again and would recommend.

My water heater died last week. I went on Home Advisor and received a number of calls. One from George at Stream Water Heaters. We discussed my problem. George requested Photos of the heater and the area around the heater. Within 30mins I received an estimate. The price was totally reasonable for equipment and install. The water heater from a well known company and carried a better than good warranty. I received an install time of 6pm next day. The team remved the old water heater, replaced an obsolete valve, and installed the new water heater. I had numerous questions. All my questions were answered in the most courteous manner. The professionalism, expertise, and timeliness of George's Team were exceptional. Highly recommend this company.

George and Thiago were amazing! I had a new water heater installed and the job was professional. They are super nice guys too, very chill, but professional as well. The price was very affordable too. Very efficient and clean. Not a drop of water on the carpet from draining the tank. Thiago took the time to explain how to change the temp, the warrant and how to clean it once a year. Highly recommend!
