We received your call as an emergency, and we made sure to respond immediately by scheduling a same-day appointment. As you had to be at work by 4pm, we made sure that our technician arrived before you had to leave. Our technician waited for your coil to defrost and conducted a thorough leak check to diagnose the issue with your AC unit, which is a time-consuming process. After determining that the suction side had no service cap and charge, he charged 3 lb of R410A to properly pressurize and restore the cooling function. Additionally, he provided you with a "NEW CUSTOMER" discount due to your financial situation and did not charge for labor / mileage. You paid with a credit card, and we emailed you the invoice on the same day. We followed up with a courtesy message on Tuesday to confirm that you received the invoice, and upon learning that you did not, we forwarded it to you immediately. We are glad to hear that you have confirmed receipt of the email and that we have successfully resolved the issue.
