Stump Grinders

Well, they did cut down our China Berry tree and supposedly grinded the stump. They are called "Stump Grinders" after all. The tree has grown back, stronger than ever! <br />

They showed up on time during their window.  They were courteous and the crew worked hard.  They asked me what we wanted and got to work.  I'm looking forward to using them in the future. <br />

We use them based on previous experience and they are reliable, they're reasonable on the price, people are super accommodating and as far as clean up, they absolutely clean up everything including raking, picking up branches and all of that, that's why we ended up using them. If we had a tree that required some sort of work, then we'd go to them first. They're a little bit short handed sometimes that's why we can't give them an A but we didn't have an issue other than sometimes their not just able to be right on the spot, they have to wait in scheduling a time. They're very reasonable, I think the owner was training another person and that kind of thing took time, they're on time, when you get them on the site, they stay with the job until they're done and we'd never had them stay longer than one day, they take care of everything that day, the issue is just getting them there, that's the thing.

Great job except they missed serveral dead brances which are obvious now. <br />

They did fine.  Their work was not a problem; their price I felt was.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They did a good job and a great job of cleaning up afterwards. The person who came out was very quick to set up the job and they seemed to be fairly responsive. I did not do any additional follow up afterwards. I paid additional over the Big Deal price, but because of the size of the job I expected it. They were good.  

They did a great job cleaning up the landscaping, and I personally liked the way they trimmed the trees.

It went well with Stump Grinders. They came and did our trees, there was some negotiation of what the coupon entailed. My needs weren't exactly what the coupon was for. We'll do this instead of that, and we'll cut this branch here instead of that one. It was just basically lining up a number texts that we had to agree to. I got things done for a reasonable price.

They did a great job. I did spend more than what the deal was for. The yard looked really good when they were finished. They did a nice job of assessing what ranches needed to be trimmed.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. I liked the service. They were very helpful and they tidied up really good. There were extra charges and I paid $1,200 with the price of the deal included in it. All of them were very friendly and professional. They did what they said and they cleaned up so there was no mess left.

I was very satisfied with what Stump Grinders did. In fact, he happened to be in the area and he came before I purchased the Big Deal. He called me the day after I said I wanted to take advantage of the deal. He called me right away and I was just surprised. He said he can have somebody out here tomorrow. He did a wonderful job. I was very, very pleased. <br /> I paid an additional charge because what I needed done was more than. I needed 3 trees really trimmed back.

Stump Grinders did a good job.

They're very positive, very accommodating and took the time to listen to their customers and answer questions. They're very cooperative on the needs of their customers on what they wanted to be done. I would strongly suggest having them out ahead of time for other people and have them come out and take a look at what you wanted done and see what you can get done for the deal because there's a ton of other people had to higher the expectation.Other than that they did a great job. They cleaned up really well. They're on time and very polite.

Very good. They cleanned up the trees around the house well. I did need to remiind them to get the dead wood but they jumped right on it. Polite. Good clean up job. <br />

Stump Grinders created a bizarre experience.  Initially the owner came out and was great.  He was very professional and on time.  He made great recommendations of things they could do and things we could do ourselves.  When I mentioned the gutter cleaning he said it was listed as part of the deal but was a mistake and refused to do it for the price I had already paid.  We had done some of the work ourselves and cut down and chopped up some trees.  They had agreed to haul it away.  When they got there the equipment was too small to haul it all.  They came back the next day when I was not home and drove through my yard.  We have a sprinkler system so I did not appreciate that at all.  When I tried to talk to the gentleman there he was not pleasant.  The owner then called me and was totally nasty.  I would never use Stump Grinders again.

He was very professional, called back promptly and was willing to work with my budget. <br />

They were great and fabulous. They came in and knew exactly what they were doing. They were very efficient.  I do not think anyone could have done better. They are excellent, we were impressed. They knew were to cut.  It looked good when they were finished. They came in a reasonable amount of time.

They were nice but I think that they missed a couple of branches. But of course it was my fault for not being out there to check it out. It wasn't that bad. But otherwise, I think they were pretty good. They seem to do well.
