Sturdy Home Improvement started out with one guy and the need to prove to the world that he could do it on his own. After years of hard work, one crazy tornado and a lot of solid team work that dream was lived. Today Sturdy has completed over 3000 jobs. We have a the best work crew in the business and a reputation for getting the job done on time. Our goal is still what is once was so many years ago. To provide the best services at a reasonable price. Our objective has never been to be the cheapest company in the industry, but to provide the best Value. Quality without Compromise has been our slogan since day one and it's the mantra we still live by. There is no job to small or to big for our team and we are always ready for a challenge. A few years back Quality Remodeler Magazine rated us the 2nd best home improvement company in all of Massachusetts. We respectfully disagreed, but appreciated their gesture regardless. "Mr. [Member name]'s account here is completely in accurate. The winter of 2014-15 was one of the most severe on record in terms of ice dams and total snow fall. Ice dams are covered by homeowners insurance for good reason: when extreme weather conditions go above and beyond the insurance considers it an act of God . Mr . [Member name] refused to file an insurance claim and also refused to have the 4ft of snow shoveled off of the roof which was contributing to the ice damming. I might add that he also owes us a final balance of 900.00 which he refuses to pay. Again insurance covers this damage , they would not cover it if it was simply due to improper installation. I can relate to why Mr [Member name] does not want to pay a deductible but this is nothing that we created and we continue to be here to counsel him on this matter despite the fact that he still has not honored the final 900.00 owed on the contract."
