I'm pleased with the power wash of deck.I felt that cost was too high for just a power wash. Was originally quoted a price for wash and paint. Mccandless felt that paint wasn't necessary at this time after halfway through job so I wasn't given a quote for wash only until the job was completed.

Small Projects Painting or Staining
I hired the painter to paint my garage walls on a Monday. He said he would be out on the following Saturday at 9:30 am. 9:30 came on Saturday and he did not show up. I finally got in touch later in the day and this was his response: sorry it slipped my mind. In the meantime, I hired another person to do the job. Do not think you want to rely on McCandless to work for you.
