07-28-22 We had service man out to treat for yellow jacket nests in two exterior wall locations. A week later the bees were still there. We phoned to request another treatment and were adamantly told to wait another week for treatment to take effect. A week later the bees were flying in and out with no problem. We phoned to report this and a service man was out the next day ( 08-12-22) to retreat the nests. By 08-18-22 there was no change and bees continued to freely fly in and out of the nests. For less than $10.00 I purchased a bee treatment powder at a local hardware store and within 2 days the bees were gone. So much for "Professional Service" at a cost of $200.00 plus tax. SHAME ON YOU!

For my follow-up visit today, technician Ryan Gajewski came out. He was one of the BEST servicemen I've ever had, for any type of repair or service. He took the time to listen, answer my questions, help me understand the process, and give me professional advice - all after his regular day of stops, as mine was considered an "emergency stop"! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing service from Suburban Pest Control (I'm sure their other technicians are also good & professional). Ryan G was wonderful - I was blessed that he was the one who came out today, and after a most stressful day of dealing with my pest issue, he left me feeling very at peace based on the work he did!

They did a good job, mice seem to be gone for a few months now. However, Communication is poor. follow-up visits are not scheduled ahead of time. They call the day before & tell you what time the tech will arrive. They assume that the tech does not need to enter your house/business, I need them to check inside my house, it’s a waste of money if I won’t be home. It can be hard to reschedule when they call. They also don’t reach out when they are running late. I think both of these indicate disrespect for their customers’ time.

I have quarterly treatments and have had services with SPC since June 2019 that are working well with exterior bait stations and the interior mousetraps set just over a week ago have been empty, which means successful treatment. The reason I only gave them a D was their horribly poor communication. My appointment was today at my empty rental property and their window of arrival was somewhere between 10 and 2 pm. They neither called nor showed. I finally left the property, went home to my own residence across town and called them around 4 pm to tell them nobody showed up. They said they'd have the tech call back and they said he was running late. The tech called and he apologized not too sincerely and to him that was good enough and I could just reschedule as he couldn't get there until after 430. I wanted to know why I couldn't just have received a courtesy phone call hours ago that he was running late and he blamed "the office" for not letting me know. I am not happy, because this is not the first time there was not a phone call from them. The poorest customer service from this company. They don't value their customer's time. The technician is new to me and I have only worked with him once last week and today he was a no show. I had no prior problems with the former technician that used to come out but he was promoted to sales. I told them I will be looking for a different company.

Was very helpful. Determined yellow jackets had not gone up into attic. It's been a couple weeks, and have not seen any yellow jackets flying around the air conditioner. I can sleep now at night.

Suburban Pest Control was able to make it the same day before the long holiday weekend. The technician was prompt and professional. He did a thorough job. However, after 5 days, some yellow jackets were still visiting the hive. I contacted Suburban Pest Control and they were able to apply a second treatment later that week. All of the Yellow Jackets are now gone! Suburban Pest Control, both on the phone and at the house, were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

We discovered bees burrowing in our home and found Suburban Pest on Angie's List. They had great reviews so we hired them. They came out the very next day and quite efficiently treated the problem. The service person was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The whole process took less than 30 minutes, and they even gave us a discount for using Angie's List!

I called Suburban Pest Control and they sent a tech person within 15 minutes. I was thrilled because I had been trying to get rid of the bees myself for a month. The technician was very thorough using spray and dusting to kill the hornets. The hornets died quickly and there has been no sign of any hornets since. The technician was very informative and professional. I would definitely use their services again.

Definitely “old school technology” the process was long and took several trips to complete his work but eventually most of the problems were resolved. I have since hired another exterminator for additional problems who took care of all concerns quickly without multiple trips and cleaned up some of the remaining concerns from the first exterminator. So for that reason I would go with the second company firstintheguture

So far so good; there is a follow up after 1 month and 2 months. So far I have not seen any bats or rodents. John was right on time and very professional and honest. He explained everything clearly and gave me confidence in the process. The office was very responsive; got back to me quickly, scheduled follow-ups and gave me a reasonable window for their arrival. Other companies did not even call back or provide quotes.

They came and sprayed a barrier treatment on the outside of the house. This has cut down considerably on the number of insects I'm seeing outside, as well as inside the house. I'm doing the 3 treatment package for July, August and September for $136 per treatment. Price goes by the size of your house.
