Andy in sales tested my water, explained results, the various options to resolve my hard water and chlorine issues. His no pressure sales approach was refreshing. He gave me a price I could work with. Bill the installer was prompt and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job with installation and explaination of work performed!!

All perfectly professional.. They were recommended by friends who are meticulous homeowners. Our salesman's visit was prompt and helpful. Their estimate was reasonable and fair. (Another company with which we have done work gave us an estimate for twice as much, and the Suburban Water Tech installer said that their price was accurate but that they were trying to sell us a system that was much more powerful than needed.) Installation went smoothly and the technician seemed very experienced and skilled. A water sample was taken and two days later we were told that we were free of bacteria. We would use them again.

I would actually like to use them again. I had a good experience with them but they didn't, I needed some help, and they didn't follow through on something, and I didn't call them back. They were going to help me with some additional services. I had a small leak. I wanted them to come back out and fix that leak and I never heard back from them. I also didn't follow up with them either. I would like to use them again in the future.

Owner performed a water test, talked to us about water treatment options, and accepted our order. Technician arrived on-time, installed the water softener, cleaned up, and explained how to operate the unit. Having soft water is wonderful! I am very happy with the company and the product.

Our home has really hard well water that leaves mineral deposits on everything! After having our water tested by Penn State, they recommended a softener system to remedy the problems. I called Suburban Water Technology and they sent someone out within a few days to give us an estimate. Walt was friendly, professional and informative. He gave me two options for softeners and we choose the more expensive option. The installer came two weeks later and installed the new system within a few hours. He too was friendly and professional. He installed it in the spot that would be easiest to service without it being in the way. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and with our experience. The water quality is so much better now! I no longer have to add laundry boosters or dishwashing additives and my fixtures no longer have the calcium buildup. Would definitely hire again and would recommend to anyone looking for a new or replacement softener system.

Our home water supply comes from plastic pipes, is questionable as far as safety and tastes terrible. I called Suburban Water Technology to come out and evaluate my home for a drinking water reverse osmosis unit. The rep was very friendly, informative and not at all pushy. He gave me the facts on his products, my options and the prices. There was no pressure to buy, just his card and an invitation to call for an installation appointment if I felt their product would be of interest to me. After researching the company and their reverse osmosis machine (fully made in the USA), I decided to purchase their product and was scheduled very quickly for an appointment. The installer was personable, professional and did the installation neatly and quickly. The unit has functioned flawlessly for us and delivers plenty of clean and good tasting water whenever we need it. There is no noise and we have plenty of water for all our drinking and cooking needs. I could not be more satisfied with both their product and service. We are also very happy not to have to haul all the countless gallon jugs of water from the grocery store any more that we did for more years than I like to remember!

I can not speak highly enough of Walt. I had to purchase a deal to get a refund from Angie's List. I found there deal online, read the reviews and navigated over to their site. On the site at like 9pm, you can send them a message so I did bc I wanted to make sure my house was in his service area. His company is out of Collegeville and we are about an hour from there. I had a call from Walt by 9am the next morning responding to my inquiry from their site. <br>He was pleasant to speak with on the phone and when I explained my angie's list situation he was totally understanding. He said you do whatever you need to do and I will come out no matter what. (I was blown away by this. Love when people are passionate about what they do and the service they provide). <br>Within a few hours i worked out my situation with angie's list and called Walt to set up our appointment. <br>Today he was a pleasant as the day we spoke on the phone. He was open to our questions and desire to be educated. He got us up and going in about an hour. <br>I dont want anything to happen to my water softener system but i couldnt be happier to know who to call to. We found our guy. <br>HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! <br> <br>NOTE: Call them before purchasing a deal, they are likely to offer you the same or better directly.

recommended new one at a higher price, when with the one from Lowes that was $1000 less <br />

"Lowe's units are also priced without installation... ours include it. Our units also have a history of lasting 20-30 years. You will not get the same quality out of a Lowe's softener. I know this because they are a more basic and less costly model that is produced by the same company that makes ours. If all you want is a unit that will last around 6-8 years then you chose the correct unit for you."
