Doug was very good to work with. Tried all he could to fix our broken blinds covering oversized sliding doors. But it was beyond fixable. We then worked with him to get new window covers for the sliding doors. Everything went well - selection, ordering and installation. Would definitely recommend Suburban Window Fashions.

Doug from Suburban Window Fashions Inc. was fantastic! He took the time to talk to us over the phone about our motorized blinds issue and scheduled a service appt. the next day. Once at our home, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, fix it, and re-program our remote. (All of this was especially helpful as these were Three Day Blinds products purchased by the previous home owner and when we called Three Day Blinds for assistance, they told us our warranty was voided and they couldn’t help us.) In the future, I will call Doug for any service needs or when we are ready for new Hunter Douglas or Graber blinds. Thanks, Doug! You are the motorized blind wizard!

I am THRILLED with my entire Suburban Window Fashions experience. Unlike another vendor I was talking to on another platform, the response was immediate as well as a quote for the work. Doug was prompt, friendly, and so helpful and completely fixed my broken shade. We have a renter moving in next week and getting this taken care of both quickly and high quality was so appreciated. Dave did a fantastic job. Not only did he repair the blind I called about but repaired another blind that had a knot in the cord which affected its function and a blind that was loose. From the bracket that I didn’t realize was loose. He was fast and courteous. I would highly recommend him.
