Exceptional!!! I am thrilled with the work that Charles did! My project included removing the existing carpet and installing new carpet in 3 bedrooms, a big family room, a loft, a hallway, and two staircases. Charles was very responsive throughout the entire process; from the initial quote through completion of the job. The new carpet looks gorgeous and the quality of his work is superior! When given the choice to complete the job the same day or come back the next day, Charles opted to stay late to complete it. Please consider Charles for your next flooring project. You will be so happy you did, especially when you compare prices with big flooring companies.

Charles was very professional and meticulous with his work. He has high standards and will make sure you are completely satisfied. He installed new carpet in a large room in my home and the seams are completely invisible. There was no mess left behind, so the whole job was smooth end to end. Call Charles for your flooring needs.
