Sullivan Contracting

The worst, Contracted for 3 windows in Dec 2022. Took my deposit. Never installed the windows.

I signed a contract on March 8,2023. I had to hound them to get on the schedule. They finally came on June 3,2023. They finished the next day, while I was away. We noticed a damaged gutter during the walkthrough, which Jake, in writing agreed to replace. No word from him, so I emailed the owner, George Sullivan, who assured me they would make it right. They still have not and it's Sept. 20,2023!!! I have since filed a complaint with DCP and found out that they never pulled a permit for my job, and were not registered, either. Buyer beware!!! Don't make the same mistakes that I did!!!

These guys were amazing so fast and cheap and they made me feel like one of the guys while they were doing my roof!!! Amazing service would recommend

The owner explained everything in detail . He made sure my property wasn’t left with a mess! He also has financial options . I got a quality product with a lot of options . 100 percent satisfied working with this contractor He provided insurance and his license information as well. He was here when he said he would be and his crew was very professional. He has done a lot of work for me as I have 2 homes . My kitchen remodel is beautiful! My roof and siding look great. He also worked with me on pricing .

I was not happy with initial install of roof as edge was wavy. That has been corrected to my satisfaction. The work was not completed in a timely manner as I was told there were staffing problems as well as Covid-19 setbacks.

All questions and concerns were addressed and answered. As a female I felt comfortable. Staff came out, picked everything up and it was a smooth process.

Jake and the staff were amazing during our roof repair. Any issues that arose were promptly fixed. The staff were friendly, explained any questions we had, and thorough in their work ethic. Would recommend Sullivan Contracting to anyone and plan to bring them back for some other jobs we have in the works!

Found Sullivan Contracting on Angie's List. Hired them to replace my roof and flat roof deck. They did a wonderful job. Jake and Patrick were incredibly helpful and informative during the entire process. Mario and the crew are top-notch craftsmen. I work from home, and they were all incredibly comfortable and tolerant of me regularly sticking my nose into what they were doing. When severely rotted framing was found in the roof deck structure, a quick consultation resulted in a perfectly executed additional repair job at extremely fair cost with no surprises. They happily offered me the time to get another paycheck to finish paying them. The whole crew were mindful of the 4 ducks and 2 dogs that roam our backyard and did a wonderful job keeping debris out of the yard and duck pond. When 2 saplings we had in the yard were accidentally crushed, they went out of their way to make it right without the slightest hesitation. The end result is a perfect roof, no more drafts or leaks, and a number I'll call anytime I want work done on the house. You cannot go wrong with these guys, they're total pros.
