Replaced 42+ year old failng furnace with a new furnace and central air combination. Suggested a higher output furnace after original quote at no additional cost. We couldn't be happier looking forward to our retirement years with a new year round system of heating and cooling for the first time since living here 40 years.

Our heater was on the blink with a failing blower motor. Company A comes in tells me what's wrong with zero diagnostics and offers me a vastly overpriced repair or a whole system replacement. (How do I know it was overpriced? While repairman A was in his truck writing up my options, I was on my phone consulting with ChatGPT.) It was obvious they wanted me to replace rather than repair. After he left I contacted Sullivan, and I really appreciated that they came right over. Sullivan tech did run several diagnostic tests to confirm that the repair was necessary, and gave me a reasonable cost to fix that part, which included a 1 year warranty. Our system is well over 30 years old and I know it is approaching end of life but Sullivans gave me the chance to research and make a rational, educated decision, not one I was forced to make under duress because I had no heat. They were fair with me, they did good work, and they cleaned up the space better than it was before they arrived.

Our 21+ year old furnace decided to go out and we called Sullivan and they had Matt come out that day and fix it until Monday morning install and Brendyn they sent out was very thorough and very polite. Chris was also very nice and thorough! Definitely glad we called them and will recommend their service.
