"We are sorry that the customer was unhappy with our timeline of installation. We have had an unusually wet first quarter and it has delayed all our work. This customer did not email and request a refund as we would have done so immediately. However due to so many delayed jobs communications have been less than stellar. For that we sincerely apologize. I will contact the customer on Monday to discuss the pickets he wants replaced. We strive for perfection and sometimes fail but our positve reviews have continued to out weight the poor ones.
