The work was done on time and on budget. The guys did a great job and met my expectations. They also helped me out by pulling a couple of large post out of the ground. Save me quite a bit of manual labor and time. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Summit Land Development and Scott Lewis did an excellent job on our fill and grading project despite having a couple of challenges with local providers of fill. What was key was excellent communication and always having an option available to stay on schedule and budget. I would highly recommend Scott and his crew without any reservations. If you have a challenging project and need a skilled team then Summit Land Development is your team!

Brandon, Scott and crew did an absolutely great job on my project. I had them remove stumps, level and grade for a garage. They were great to work with, kept me informed and finished up on time. These guys did a great job! As soon as I put the post out that I need work done, Scott called me immediately and was on site to look at the job first thing the very next morning. He gave me a fair estimate and was a very nice guy! I honestly had other quotes that were cheaper than these guys, but their prompt response is what got them the job!
