SUMMIT PAINTING & HOME SVC

Think twice before you contract with Summit Painting. i hired Summit to paint the interior of my condo. The painting aspect of the job was fine. However, they showed a lack of respect for the property and the property owner. Two specific requests that i made were completely ignored, including to not unplug the refrigerator if/when they had to pull it away from the wall (even though i had attached an extension cord to it). They insisted on trying to remove a support for a wall shelf and damaged it in the process. They somehow managed to lose a slat from a window blind that they removed. Additionally, their reps were unresponsive after the job was completed; an email to their "manager" got no reply, as did a request to the point person handling the on-site work for a receipt showing final payment and zero balance. i've been second guessing myself for hiring this company based simply on a lower quote than i got from another company.

Brenda, Azure, and Ricardo were all great to work with and very helpful. The painting itself was quick and clean. They did a nice job. Would recommend.

Follow up for work less than a year ago is nonexistent even though their contract guarantees their work. After trying for almost 4 months to get Summit to come out and redo a very small area of the exterior, I am giving up. I am tired of the emails, text messages, etc. that say in a few days, end of the week, soon, etc. Last month, they did not even respond to requests for follow-up Impressed with the work initially done but based on the request for a follow-up, customer service warrants a zero rating if possible.

Absolutely outstanding company. Jason was professional, responsive, and on-time. The quality of the work was incredible. The value was amazing. Couldn't recommend Summit Painting highly enough. Hire them!

I worked with Benjamin on painting my townhouse. It has 20' high ceilings so I wanted to hire someone to do the work. Benjamin provided an estimate within a few hours of visiting my place, was responsive via email, and the work was done one time. Great working with Benjamin! Thank you, Michael

Got a better quote than others. They were flexible when I had to push it out one week. Completed on schedule. Receptive and responsive to a couple of minor touch ups.

We highly recommend Jason Testerman as a very experienced and qualified house painter. He and his family recently painted both the interior and exterior of our home and we were very pleased with the entire job. The work was performed very efficiently and neatly. He is not only an excellent painter, he is also neat, quiet, and reserved. We have found him to be a very punctual, honest and trustworthy person who takes real pride in his work. Jason, the owner, came and met us to discuss what we wanted done. He took the appropriate measurements and provided a detailed estimate a few days later (which included testimonials from prior customers). Once we selected him (from the 3 estimates we obtained) we scheduled the work at a time convenient for both parties. When the time came, the painter he sent, Keith Foskey, did a great job. It was apparent that Keith cared about his work and communicated well while he was here. All in all, we were very happy with the results and would use Summit Painting again. <br />

They did work 2 weeks ago. They did interior painting for me in a stairwell in a lodge. I would highly recommend them. They were easy to work with and I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+.
