Communication was outstanding. This was a scary deal for me because I lived 500 miles away from the 2nd home I was having the roof replaced. I felt very good about Brantley from the very first time we spoke. He explained everything they would do in detail. He had no problem working with me long distance. But what really sold me is that he did not want any money down. I asked for pictures at various stages since I could not be there and he gladly provided them. After they were done I had a beautiful new roof and you could not even tell any recent construction had occurred. They cleaned up every last bit of debris as if they were never there. I cannot say enough god things about Summit Roofing.

Brantley Blanchard and Summit Roofing were asked to ***** wind damage to the roof of our 2-story, 2400sqft home. Although only about 40% of the roof was damaged, Brantley informed me that his team wouldn't be able to simply fix the damaged portions as requested by my insurance company. He explained that the existing shingles on the roof were no longer manufactured because of a design flaw and new shingles would not match. And he explained that the work to replace the damaged shingles would end up damaging the "good" shingles. He described it like pulling on a thread in cloth. He worked with me to have my insurance claim re-assessed and re-adjusted. He even came back out to take additional pictures and video at the request of my insurance company. Once a complete roof replacement was approved, the job was scheduled within just a few weeks. His crew was efficient, hard-working, polite, and cleaned up well. Our new roof looks great and we highly recommend Summit Roofing.

The roof was stripped and replaced all in one day with installation of extra like drip guards and a small amount of carpentry repair. The crew was really impressive and did a great job cleaning up nails at the end with their magnets even in the leaves around the house.

It went very well. They showed up when they said they would, they worked hard, and they took care of my property. They continuously cleaned up debris and picked up nails. During Day One of the project, it looked like they would run short of supplies so Brantley Jr. made an early morning trip to the coast to get what was needed to complete the job on Day Two. That impressed me. We had issue with the satellite dish on the roof and had to coordinate a repair with the service provider. Brantley Sr. and William (the job site supervisor) made a special trip to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with Summit Roofing and highly recommend them as they did the job right, which is very important to me. I've recommended Summit Roofing to friends and neighbors and they too have been pleased with their work.

The work was all completed in one day. The workers were all respectful & the owner & manager were both on site at the start & completion of the job to ensure all was completed and cleaned up as it should be & that we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the finished product & love the light we get from the skylights. They also supplied us with needed information & pics to submit to our insurance company. We would definitely recommend Summit Roofing to others & would definitely use their services again.

The summit roofing crew communicated efficiently and effectively with me during the entire process and were available to answer my questions. The crew completed the work in a timely manner and they cleaned up everything once the job was completed. Brantley (the crew manager) came by multiple times to supervise the crew and ensure the quality of their work. came and met with us and ins agent. walked thru the process. Handled working with ins. even handled small supplemental claim to get new "boots" for exhausts on roof. They were so trustworthy we left for vacation and returned to a new roof. they came back and did a walk thru. Sent an employee BACK to our house after the first big rain to do a final "nail sweep" to get all old nails up that washed down the gutters. A PLUS. HIGHLY recommend.
