Sunbird Properties Maintenance, LLC

Sunbird was quick to respond, visit the job site, gave a fair estimate, schedule the work, showed up on time and treated our property respectfully.

Very Professional company Workers efficient and polite Would definitely hire this company again

This Tree service is very professional. From the initial estimate meeting to the GREAT suggestions of what I should do to maintain a comfortable easy to maintain barrier between my vacant lot and the adjacent neighbor's house to the actual job everything was very smooth. The owner, office personal and work crew were very friendly, polite, and yet professional. The job was done to my GREAT SATISFACTION and we did a walk through after the job to make sure everything was addressed. I thought the cost was reasonable for what was done and I was VERY HAPPY with the cleanup.

Great service, very professional and did a great job trimming my very tall palm trees.

The whole experience was a pleasure. From my initial call to make an appointment for a quote to the completion of the job. The quote was more than fair. The crew of 5 showed up on time and completed their work, including clean up. They asked me to inspect their work to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Sunbird. Their professionalism and corporate culture are admirable.

We recently had Sunbird come out to our property to remove several trees and trim up many others, and we could not be happier with the job they did! Jim and Sam, are wonderful to work with ? super friendly, honest, professional, and easy to communicate with. They gave us a great price and were able to get us scheduled within a week or so, which we really appreciated. Their crew did an amazing job! They completed everything in just two days and were hardworking, respectful, friendly, and professional the entire time. They took great care while working around our property and did an excellent job cleaning everything up when they were finished. From beginning to end, the entire experience was great. It?s not always easy to find a company that offers great pricing, shows up when they say they will, does quality work, and has such nice people to work with ? but Sunbird checked all those boxes! We are extremely pleased with everything they did and would absolutely use them again.

Customer service was great. The crew was polite and professional. They completed every task I wanted done and even called in additional crew when it was needed for a certain purpose. Best price also!

Done right. Excellent service. Prompt, exactly as promised and agreed upon.

One of the best companies that I have dealt with in the last 7 years. My property was left cleaner than when they got their Ron R. Pine Ridge Estates, FL

Called Sunbird Properties Maintenance to remove and look at some of my trees. Came out quickly to give the estimate and went over what do do with some of my trees to help get them healthy again, and the ones that needed to be removed. Scheduled the service, guys came out and confirmed what they were going to do and were able to complete the job quickly. and left no mess at all. Great company to work with!

Yes been using them for years. Samantha is wonderful. Her Husband is great and his employees are always on time efficient and do a great job.

Sunbird did an exceptional job.

We needed some trees trimmed back in our yard. Sunbird Properties was one of three estimates. When we met with Jim at our home, he displayed excellent knowledge of his trade, and he knew exactly what we wanted as we explained it to him. His crew showed up on time and got the job done very quickly which included cleanup of all the branches. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend Sunbird Property Maintenance to my family and friends.

They were prompt and very professional. After pruning my tree, they cleaned and raked the area. I would highly recommend Sunbird to my friends and neighbors.

They were amazing. Awesome communication regarding info and start time and the quote was very reasonable. Workers were professional and efficient. Work was done in record time and you couldn't tell they were there, they cleaned up everything. I will definitely use Sunbird again in the future and would recommend them without hesitation.

Jim the owner came and walked our whole yard with us for a free estimate. He took him time made notes. It was a lot of weeding, trimming, cleaning out gardens and mulching! His wife Samantha sent us the estimate via e mail, answered all our questions and we made the appointment for the work. They showed up on time with 5 men and they finished all the worked and cleaned up all the debris in one morning. The foreman constantly walked with us around the yard to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The men were all respectful and easy to talk to. We will definitely only use this company for our future property maintenance! Our gardens look so beautiful!

Very efficient fast and careful. Crew listened to concerns. Well equipped and professional
