Called Sunbird Properties Maintenance to remove and look at some of my trees. Came out quickly to give the estimate and went over what do do with some of my trees to help get them healthy again, and the ones that needed to be removed. Scheduled the service, guys came out and confirmed what they were going to do and were able to complete the job quickly. and left no mess at all.

We needed some trees trimmed back in our yard. Sunbird Properties was one of three estimates. When we met with Jim at our home, he displayed excellent knowledge of his trade, and he knew exactly what we wanted as we explained it to him. His crew showed up on time and got the job done very quickly which included cleanup of all the branches. The price was very reasonable.

They were amazing. Awesome communication regarding info and start time and the quote was very reasonable. Workers were professional and efficient. Work was done in record time and you couldn't tell they were there, they cleaned up everything. I will definitely use Sunbird again in the future and would recommend them without hesitation.

Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Jim the owner came and walked our whole yard with us for a free estimate. He took him time made notes. It was a lot of weeding, trimming, cleaning out gardens and mulching! His wife Samantha sent us the estimate via e mail, answered all our questions and we made the appointment for the work. They showed up on time with 5 men and they finished all the worked and cleaned up all the debris in one morning. The foreman constantly walked with us around the yard to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The men were all respectful and easy to talk to. We will definitely only use this company for our future property maintenance! Our gardens look so beautiful!

These guys are so amazing. They showed up exactly on time. Removed 3very tall palm trees, did the stump grinding and all the clean up in under an hour. This is the 3rd time they have done work at my house and each time did a magnificent job. I will be using them again for future projects. Best company out there!!!
