always prompt , efficient and make my old carpet look new again. I had pet stains from an older cat with stomach probs (not urine). Rick had good tips and most stains were removed. Thank You. See you again next year.

The work was performed satisfactorily, but the carpeting didn't look as clean as I expected when they were finished.

"Well there's only so much you can do to a carpet when it's very dirty. Sometimes they come out great sometimes they don't depending on the type of fibers you have. We have 40 years experience if it didn't come out completely then it's time to get a new carpeting."

Even after an equipment breakdown that delayed the process, l would say okay. However, I now have grout lines darker than before the cleaning in some spots of my kitchen floor. The tile is clean but that was not the point of the engagement for me...it was to have the grout restored to its original color which they told me would be the result. Now that the grout is sealed I am unsure if it can be "undone". Overall disappointing results but a nice guy that did the work.

"Well we have pictures that show the difference between before and after if you would like to see them. I gave you such a discount on all your flooring and you were very pleased when we finished. Sorry you were not happy. I don't know what you expected I know that we are floor cleaners not magicians. Also we did not clean your floors on the 22nd of May. You knew how much the cost was before we booked the job you were told up front. And I also gave you more of a discount that I normally do for anybody else. You also asked me if we could go ahead and take half the payment when we did the job and wait a week for the other payment which we normally don't do and I agreed to do that for you as a favor. So I'm really surprised that you gave us a bad rating after all the favors and prices I gave you."

It went well, but I am already seeing stains come through on the carpet. It's been about a month and I had hoped that the result would last longer. I paid extra for the stain treatment.

"Anytime you have stains coming back through the carpeting the means or something underneath the carpeting into the padding that's causing that usually it's an oil based stain."

I called before purchasing "the deal" to see if our house would be a good candidate for this service. He talked me out of buying "the deal" because I needed a larger area cleaned - I wanted to clean one or two rooms at a time so I could properly move my stuff out of the way but he wanted to do everything at once which was VERY difficult for me and we had to move all our stuff outside overnight (thankfully it didn't rain). After the cleaning man came, the floor was very shiny in most places but hardly clean along the edges and corners and behind doors. I didn't call them back because I had already had enough and wanted it all to just be over.

"You didn't really tell us what the problem was. I spoke with the tech and was told it was .extremely dirty. But it says a lot for a company that we did come back to try to make you happy. We are carpet cleaners were not magicians you don't have a magic wand we can put over your carpet to make it look like brand-new. If you want your carpets to be maintained in great shape you need to maintain them a couple times a year and have them cleaned. Not once every couple years."

A few areas did not come as clean as I had imagined. Although I would not hire them again to clean tile, I might try them on wood floors to see how they do.
