10/2019 Lunar Painting did our home. A great job completed timely. Very happy with results. Will use them again.

A little rocky to start. The original crew lead got sick and they needed to substitute a new crew. However, "how do we make it right?" was their attitude throughout the job. Strong finish and a very satisfied customer. Highly recommend.

The painters showed up on time and did an excellent job. During cleanup, I heard the head painter instruct his assistant to check everything as if it were his own home.

It went well. They discovered termites and said they couldn’t paint over them. Thank goodness they changed their schedule to protect me. During the painting, Juan was very patient as I was having doubts about color. After it was over, the office sent Juan over to fix any issues. Price was best too.

Projected went as expected for contractor, which is to say, not well. Difficult to get straight answers from estimator (who is NOT part of the actual paint crew). I ended up paying $950 for what amounted to 12 hours of work (3 men X 4 hours). This averages $79/ hour compared to my coupon rate $450/ 8 hours = $56.25/ hour or ~ 40% hourly rate increase). Did get written estimate that 2 coats of paint would be applied. This did not happen (after my wife repeatedly asked/ confirmed with the on-site crew). Lunar offered to send painters back out but my wife already lost trust/confidence and went ahead applied 2nd coat herself. PS - Was told (by estimator) that coupon would not apply due to high/ vaulted ceiling (would require special equipment). Basic ladder was used and not what I would call 'special' equipment.

I needed somebody as soon as possible. they came out the day after I called. their bid was very reasonable and they started the following week. They were done in 3 days. the crew was very polite and did a great job.

My living room with a high ceiling and one colored accent wall was done in 1.5 days. There were a couple communication issues and they had to come back out a second time to do some small fixes (done in 3 hours). Overall I'm very happy with the final product and everything was taken care of to my full satisfaction.

Lunar Painting just finished with painting the exterior of my 3600sqft house which I purchased a year ago. The house is 15yr old and never been painted so it needed a little extra care and attention which I pointed out to Roman when he gave me the quote. Their price was fair based on 4 other quotes I got - middle of the road, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I accepted Roman's proposal on the basis I get the best crew to do this work - Roman confirmed it will be his best. Victor was the lead painter and was very easy to work with. He was pretty detail oriented and every spot I pointed out (yes I had to do that a lot) was taken care of to my satisfaction. Yes, I was being picky because this house needed a quality paint job after so many years of neglect. There are a few specific points I want to note on why 4 not 5 stars: 1) They use Sherwin Williams paint which was perfect for me as that is what the HOA's color scheme is from - but unfortunately there was still a mix up where they painted my entire house with the wrong color due to them misreading the color scheme number on the print out from the HOA. The wrong color was very close but not what was approved by the HOA so Victor simply repainted it with the correct color so now I have three coats of paint on my house rather than 2. Victor did ask me to help cover some of the extra cost of the paint but I explained that was not my error but I end up giving him a big tip which basically covered it anyways. Although Victor handled it, the fact I left the owner of Lunar a message, he couldnt find it in his time to actually call or come by himself. I spoke with Roman, sales/estimator, and he assured me that it would be handled by Victor, but again no follow up to see if it all turned out properly or not. 2) To paint my house, they took 6 days (Monday thru Saturday)! Yes, 6 days! Lesson learned from me is to get it in writing how many days they need to paint my house. The main reason they took so long was not due to extensive prep, but because they were short handed and only had 1 junior level young guy working on my house on Tuesday and Wednesday - then made scramble on Thurs and Friday with a team of 5 people to "catch up" before the rain was expected on Saturday. Thankfully the rain did not come on Saturday as Victor and 1 other painter spent the entire day touching things up and finishing. I just think 6 days to paint a 3600sqft house is excessive since my last house 2 years ago was painted in 3 days because they had enough people working on it. I understand they get busy - but no explanation from the so-called "Project Manager/Estimator" named Roman - and no follow up on how things are going. So lessons learned: * Get it in writing how many people will do the job and how many days they need. Ideally get credit if they take longer. * While I feel Victor was a detailed painter and a "A rated painter", I dont feel like the A-Team from Lunar as they seemed very stretched thin on painting crews. I was happy to get 5 painters for 2 days - just wish they did that to start with and knocked this out in 3 days so they and I could move on with our lives. Overall, I am happy with my exterior paint job as the house looks fantastic and I credit this to Victor's attention to detail and not being offended/defensive when I kept pointing out touch up areas. I recommend Lunar Painting and will use them again - but will use my lessons learned.

Very good job and continuous communication. I was given numerous opportunities to check for needed touch ups to ensure I was happy with the finished product. Lunar Painting provided excellent service for the best price.

Crew was on time and finished well. Found 1 small spot they missed but the crew went out of their way to finish on time.

Jorge and Adrian did a fantastic job. Our home looks so nice. They were courteous, neat, punctual, and extremely hard working. I would recommend them without any reservation. Great job and they were really good guys as well!

Got started a day late due to equipment failure. Started the following day but still finished within the week as promised. The last day I called to make sure they took care of some overpaint I saw earlier. I came home and everything was fixed and cleaned up. House looks great.

I recently got my garage floor epoxy done by Roman, he is really nice person and did a good job. He always arrives earlier than out appointment time, both for 1st time cost estimation and the day starting the work, which makes me feel that this company is trustful. Also, I heard of Lunar Painting from Sherwin Williams store, which is much better choice of painting contractors I think than randomly search on internet. I highly recommend this company. Great. They showed up as scheduled and worked several days straight through until completion. They even came out a week later to touch up a couple of minor areas we didn't notice before they left. Omar did an amazing job on the stair railings as far as color and finish. They bought the paint from the store recommended and approved by my homeowners association. Overall great job.

Omar explained to me everything he was going to do. Also, he was very receptive to some areas I found, after the fact, that needed repair. Overall Ben, Anna, Roman Cody and Omar (the foreman) were very professional and provided the customer service I expected for a fair price. Ben and Roman provided me multiple quotes prior to me making my final decision on what work I was going to have completed. My first contact was with Anna who was very nice and coordinated my first meeting with Ben and answered questions for me throughout the process. I liked Ben, Roman, Cody and Omar from the first time I met and spoke with them. Concerning Cody, if it was not for him I might not have had this job completed as soon as I did. Long story short, one of my walls is in my neighbors backyard (junkyard). Cody was willing to schedule the job without knowing if my neighbor would clear the space from my wall needed to complete the work. Cody was also wiling to provide a seperate invoice that he would submit to the home owner. Ultimately, I highly recommend Lunar Painting.
