It was a bad experience, they didn't have the right equipment, didn't have enough people and they didn't do what I said they gonna do. Didn't put down any bar and the concrete was pour they didn't smooth. The concreate wasn't smooth, the high spots and low spots some area was high and some areas were low they said when I complaint about that that they will come back and fix it and they never comeback and then I fount out they didn't have a license and insurance .

Suncoast Remodel & Repair is or was showing pictures of my driveway on their web site. They removed my old severely cracked driveway and was supposed to replace it with a new 6” thick driveway. While doing so, because they did not call the utilities to come out and mark where lines and pipes were, they cut my cable, my water pipe, and a sprinkler pipe.They removed concrete that I did not want removed and damaged another piece and left it. I was supposed to have a 6” thick driveway but they only used 1x6 ’s that are actually 3/4x 5 1/2 “ . The 1x6s were so thin they could not maintain a straight run on the long sides of the driveway. They should have been, if not metal, 2x8” boards. Due to not properly regrading the dirt after the concrete trucks drove in the driveway there were thin areas some only a little over two inches! The surface was poorly treated with a long 2x4 and there are hills and valleys and ridges all along the length of the driveway. The thinnest area of the driveway cracked under its own weight the day after the concrete was poured. The owner promised to come back and grind the surface and put grout under the driveway but 30 days later they are still stalling. A county inspector came to see the driveway and informed me that the owner did not get a permit, and could not work on the driveway because did not have a license. If he manages to stay in business ask to see his license. I would not recommend Suncoast Remodel & Repair, but if you do use him do not pay him until the job is successfully completed. The team was very nice to work with. Due to unforeseen circumstances the work took longer to complete than first thought. There were a couple glitches but they were addressed and in the end we love our new floor.

The work was very professionally done. I will hire them again when needed.

Suncoast removed old carpet and padding and disposed of it ! They installed vinyl flooring in 3 rooms and hallway, quickly and neatly . When done with flooring they installed new quarter round molding.I was very pleased with the work . I recommend them highly
