Not happy with the work, not happy with having to contact them time after time due to the issues. I dont think the Shingles were installed correctly, because i do not understand why they keep falling off

I was very pleased with Bruce’s work. He showed up when he said he would, worked diligently, and installed a quality roof. My only reason I did not give him 5 stars is his attitude (personality?). He is short and borderline rude when I would ask him questions. I did not let him intimidate me though and got quality work. Yes, I’d hire him again and recommend him-just be aware he is all business (which is the most important thing).

He was very honest and told me I did not need a rew roof at this time. He did advise my son on how to fix the shingle causing a leak. I would certainly hire him when I need a new roof. Not many roofers will tell you that you don't need a roof at this time.

Owner cordial, but salesman made promises not kept. Had to pick new shingle because my pick not available.I made second pick from website and now does not match trim.Workers did not wear fall protection as salesman doted.When dump trailer was pulled from driveway they left 8 nails in drive. Workers roofed over my dryer vent until I found it.They wove valleys, front looks great, back valley looks horrible and not sure if it will leak. Had bundles almost one year old and salesman would not exchange even though before sale he claimed he would. Had to get my own mitigation inspection even though they quoted it. They gave fee back to me.

"Sometimes things are misunderstood or misinterpreted. The age of the shingles unlike milk or eggs shingles do not spoil and are not made fresh to order. The valleys that were woven on the front of your home were done at your request as the job was already in progress and we didn?t add any extra charges even though weaving valleys takes extra materials, extra time, and expertise skill. Our job was not complete at this point as well. We always try to keep a clean and safe working environment for everyone?s safety. I did everything to appease you because you are still my customer and I want you to be happy as the other 99.9% of my customers."

They were verr responsive in presenting their price quote and quick in completing the job. Staff was nice and the cost was significantly lower. For some reason there was a 4-month delay (with monthly calls from me) in getting them to arrange for and obtain the final inspection from the Co Bldg Dept. Through a misunderstanding on my part, I paid them upon completion of the job thinking that the final inspection had been approved. I would recommend using them but not paying them until the final inspection has been approved by the building dept.

Bruce Rubin responded very quickly, both with his estimate and in doing the actual roofing.. I had a lot of confidence after talking with Bruce and I expanded the job to include the installation of a large beam to replace one that was rotted. Bruce and his crew provided a very professional job that I was very satisfisd with

I never give a perfect score. But this was about as close as you can get. They arrived as promised and got right to work. Finished ahead of schedule and at a great price. I would give a 4.9 if I could and would recommend Suncoast to friends and family.

Bruce was excellent. Best experience with a contractor I have ever had. He is a fair guy and prices the job where it should be. The roofers were great as well. They were in an out my 33sq roof job in 2 days with full clean up. I would never go anywhere else for a roof. If you are looking for roofers your search stops here!

Had the cheapest quote, but rook leaked after job. It never leaked before. Had a tough time getting in touch with them to fix the problem. Still don't know if it's fixed (hasn't rained in a while). If it does, I will have to hire someone else.

It has not rained since the roof has been repaired, so I don't know at this point if the repair hs worked. The work seemed to be complete. i must say I was disappointed on 2 notes. The worker unplugged my sprinkler timer to plug his equipment in and did not re-plug it when he left. (he should have asked it if was OK to unplug a particular item, luckily I discovered it the next day). Also, they used some cardboard in our attic to crawl across the insulation (which is fine); however, they did not take the cardboard up and put it where the found it and they did not redistribute the insulation in the attic which my husband had to do.

Showed up on time. Explained different options and detailed why he thought a new roof was the best solution. Detailed time frame for completion. AND LIVED UP TO ALL THAT HE OFFERED. Started work on a Monday and was finished by Friday afternoon. Crew was courteous and neat. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
